It is not very often to see a staff at a fast food place be so professional and friendly. Everyone worked together so well and had smiles on their faces! There was a young man who seemed liked the manager and he was involved, friendly, and lead by example. We were really impressed!

Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup and entered in my car description as the app instructed. Waited 10 minutes, finally walked inside and order was sitting on the counter. No one was going to bring it curbside. Ordered a bootlegger club, add EZ mustard, cut in half. What we got is the picture below- laughable roast beef, excessive mustard, not cut in half. Also the app asked me what I wanted to drink, I ordered a Dr Pepper fountain drink, that wasn’t done either. This pathetic sandwich, a bag of chips, and a fountain drink for $13? Jimmy John’s has gone downhill. We won’t be going back.

⭐ 1 Star (Only Because Google Won’t Let Me Leave Zero) Jimmy John’s – Cleburne, TX

Let me start by saying: if disappointment were a menu item, Jimmy John’s Cleburne location would be serving it up in foot-long portions. The sandwich I received was a culinary tragedy wrapped in paper — soggy bread that disintegrated on contact, a sad whisper of meat, and veggies that looked like they had given up hope sometime last week.

I’ve had sketchy Subway subs before, but at least you get front-row seats to the failure as it’s assembled. Jimmy John’s? They skip the show and toss the regret straight at you. It’s like ordering a sandwich from someone who actively resents sandwiches.

And the price? Premium charges for bargain-bin quality. I wouldn’t pay that for a masterpiece, let alone what tasted like edible apathy.

This location needs a serious wake-up call. Until then, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else — or just chew on your sense of betrayal. It’s more satisfying.

Great food and great people definitely recommend!

I’ve had good experiences at this location prior. However tonight (2/12/25) the rude cashier earned a bad review. Change your attitude or change your job dude. Don’t interrupt, and be kind. Maybe try a smile. Don’t ignore the customer when they say hello.

I have had an obsession with jimmy John’s since my husband put me on it and we just so happen to go into the store this morning and my husband asked an employee working if they were open their response “when I open I come in early and get my stuff done and open early” that right there is a dedicated worker! Not only helped me with the menu but comes in and has everything clean! Good job jimmy John for hiring rebecca!!! I recommend seeing her! 🩵🩵 mind you this is the cleburne TX jimmy John’s.
