Worst KFC I've ever been too, employees hygiene is not present they don't wash their hands after using the bathroom (I visual saw this) and I noticed the employees cooking with no gloves!! Also when I went one night to see if they were open it looked like someone was living inside the lobby of the restaurant they were sleeping on the floor!

When we came in, there were 4 tables occupied and only 1 was waiting for food. There was no one in the drive thru and we ordered immediately. It took them 30 minutes to get our food and had stuff missing. Apparently from the time we ordered, the drive thru filled up and they were served before us as the gentleman bringing food to the tables started taking bags out to cars. There were children running around in circles screaming and playing in the bathroom with the hand dryer without any adults trying to correct them so that didn't make it any easier on the wait.

Chicken was burnt. Asked for something else . They replaced my burnt strips with a burnt thigh. I just walked out. It's sad you spend your hard earned money with these fast food places and they don't care one bit about customer service. It's a shame. Same as stealing, in my opinion.

We usually go here once a week (my dad likes it) it seems like it’s been going down hill lately it seems everytime we go something diffrent happensWe ordered our food my dad ordered a 3 piece white original recipe after 10 minutes one of the guys came out and said they didn’t have any more original breastsBut my dad could have ex crispy instead(He doesn’t like extra crispy)He offered legs or thighs as a replacementWell my dad chose legsWhen they brought the food I was suprised to see some scrawny wing and 2 small legs I was very highly disappointed as for my meal the chicken seemed to have a overdone taste to itAnd the mashed potatoes were runny (I know they aren’t real potatoes) but usually they are a decent textureOverall we were highly disappointedLike I said we usually go once a weekBut I believe today was our last time goingI would rather pay a higher price down the road at chicken express then deal with this mess of a meal we were servedThanks kfc hopefully this helps you get things back on track

Went by 2 get some Chicken on Thursday afternoon today, February 15th, unto my surprise. The open sign was on what the doors were locked. I called and the excuse was the cook did not come in this this morning. So I guess they didn't have enough Chicken for people to come inside to me. But there were people sitting inside doesn't make any sense.That's a poor excuse

Did a pickup. The food was great. No complaints, but only 2 people were working, and one was on break. Had to go in after waiting in the drive-through for 10 minutes.

The drive thru and parking lot was very empty yet I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Ordered eight tenders and received six. Also, the Famous bowl didn’t have any famous chicken. I guess this place will eventually close with this level of service.

"This one is out too. We are out of dr pepper." He could have told me that before hand. They need help... and honesty.
Please add chicken in my famous bowl next time not just mash potatoes corn and gravy I’m not a complainer but

I went through the drive-through to get extra crispy chicken. And they gave me a 12 piece, most of it was very small pieces, and it was not extra crispy. I went back to complain. And they dis the right thing! Great job!! Thank you!

This Night Shift is very rude because my ten year old tried to order through the drive thru and instead of asking what he wanted, he was cut off by telling him she didn’t have time to play games. I decided not to order at all and went to Popeyes across the street.
