The absolute best donut shop on the face of the earth. The most amazing, welcoming service. I tried this place a few weeks ago and had to come back to try their original glazed and they definitely did not disappoint. Everyone is SO kind and accommodating. Our new favorite spot from now on.

First time going to this place despite driving past it every time I go to work. It was also the only one that opened very early so a plus for me. They have some interesting things and are different from your regular donut shop. The feedback was that the food was good and I had a nice experience with the employees. I definitely recommend this place.
They used to have the best donuts but something has gone terribly wrong in the last couple of years since I've been here. I went Wednesday morning and got 2 boxes, one glazed and the other was a mix of different iced/filled donuts. Glazed is always our favorite, hands down but these weren't even edible. They were wet, soggy and had an off flavor. The iced donuts were a little better, but the icing was running off the donuts by the time we got back (30 min and it wasn't hot out) and they didn't taste fresh at all.

This was a 100/10 experience! A colleague and I were in Cleburne for a work project and stopped in to Main Street for coffee and some donuts, and they were so fantastic we came back the next day to buy even more! The donuts are amazing, fresh and soft. The folks were so lovely and helpful, and incredibly generous. I cannot wait for the next time I make it back to Cleburne - this will be on my stop list!

About 6 weeks ago after I moved I started going to Main Street Donuts. Last week I had a larger than usual order and didn't receive my donut holes. I didn't realize it until I got to work. The frosting on the sprinkle donuts also had an unusual bad flavor (they are usually very good) Since I was already busy at work I decided I would just let the drive thru lady know the next time I go in since I go multiple times each week. It's usually the same lady when I go. Today I went through the drive thru and got a different lady, young, overweight with light brown hair. I told her I didn't get my donut holes last time I came. In a rude tone she said "did you call?" I said no, I was very busy and I usually get the same lady so I decided I'd let her know next time I came. She said "well I'm here every day and it wasn't me" again very rude tone of voice. I felt like she was implying that I was lying to get a free bag of donut holes. I said it wasn't you obviously it was the other lady that works here, should I show you my bank account to prove to you that I am not in a financial position that I would go lie to get a free bag of donut holes? Before I even finished saying that she shoved a bag of donut holes at me and told me to leave. I drove off without taking the donut holes. The issue wasn't about the donut holes at that point. If they have a policy that I need to call in if I don't get my order correct then I would have been fine with that. I would know for next time. Also I didn't need one bag of donut holes. I had a twenty dollar order that I was trying to place that day. I just drove back to my old donut place. It was a little out of my way but definitely worth the extra drive to be treated with respect. I will not feel comfortable going back to Main Street Donuts in the future. I would not give my business there after being treated like that, I am honestly shocked, appalled, a little hurt and definitely insulted. I am a buisness owner and I would want to know if my customers were being treated so poorly by my employees. Not everyone excels in the area of customer service and that woman definitely doesn't.
