If I could rate this with zero stars I would went to get a sweet tea and a Dr pepper come back with the unsweet tea and a soda with no carbonation just syrup so we go back to the drops and I want to replace my Dr pepper for a sweet tea and get a sweet tea instead of the unsweet tea come back we both want sweet teas they come back with two different tastes and sweet teas and ain't

I was in a rush and decided to mobile order my food for a mobile pickup. My app decided not to work so I walked in. The manager told me she could not give me the food without her having the receipt. I showed her the email confirmation because I did use some of my points. She blatantly refused to look at my phone and proceeded to ignore me. I finally got the attention of another manager and he filled part of the order but not the whole order. I once again showed the email and the drive thru girl started throwing her hands in my face in a ratched manner. I was in shock and dismay at the attitude of the lunch shift crew. To the crew, have the life you deserve.
Update: I got an email saying that my money and points would be refunded. No refund.
Never going here again. If you want good McDonald's from a friendly staff, go to Alvarado.

Don't order several items to go, they will give them to you INDIVIDUALLY drinks and all. If you ask for a large carrying bag they "are for door dash only" I mean Seriously you value the door dash revenue over the person standing in your establishment? Do better Macdonald's it's a thirty cent bag probably

We ordered 4 pies, and they only gave us 2. Explained it 5 times to 2 different people. They ended up giving us cookies instead. And they still looked confused.
OMG!!! Are u guys hurting for money?!? See attached pics. Was suppose to be a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER!!! Ridiculous that u guys can't even get that right!! Even worse, are u guys going broke cause if u can't spare more than a DROPS WORTH of mustard then u must be!?!?! So fed up with this!!! And u all want more money to work there than most PROFESSIONALS that went to college!!! Maybe they should just let AI run all the McDonald's!!! Humans APPARENTLY are simply unable to do it properly!!!!

Nobody working today speaks English. We ordered on the kiosk, but then were ignored for serving what we ordered. I watched 2 employees walk by my wife at the counter like she was invisible. When she finally got noticed and she asked for her shake they insulted her in Spanish (we know enough cuss words....) and finally got the shake.

Told the cashier twice that I wanted the egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce. She read it back to me twice. Gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I’m a vegetarian and couldn’t eat my breakfast. Terrible place.

One Star – Absolutely Disappointed
I don't know why I even bother with this McDonald's anymore. Every single time I go, my order is wrong, no matter how simple it is. I make it a point to ask the staff to repeat my order back to me MULTIPLE times, and somehow they still manage to mess it up. It’s not rocket science, it's fast food. Yet, they seem completely incapable of getting even the basics right. On top of that, they’re always in such a hurry! It’s like they’re rushing to throw my food together as fast as possible, without any care for accuracy. What’s the point of being fast if you can’t even get the order right? I’ve given them chance after chance, thinking maybe it’s just a bad day, but clearly, it’s a systematic issue. The quality of service is beyond terrible. Would it kill them to take two seconds to make sure they’re giving out the right items? Honestly, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place has become an absolute joke.
