I’d give less if I could. Got my wife and kids McDonald’s and my wife’s burger had not one but multiple hairs in the burger. What are you guys doing dropping the burger on the floor and still cooking it and serving it?

most of the time my drink is not completely full when they hand it to me. when i ask for it to be filled up all the way, they tell me they’re out. why would you let me order it if you didn’t have enough to fill up the cup? i don’t mind getting a different drink, just tell me you’re out instead of handing me the half empty drink and saying nothing. i even paid extra for a large and ended up getting a medium amount in my cup :( some of the younger boys that work there are so rude.

So I was trying to order off the screens in cleburne tx and I had to order 3 different times then I had to wait 20 minutes after I had ordered then after that they pretty much gave me nothing but my drinks and some napkins but when I told the person they were like I am so sorry gave me my stuff and gave me 4 extra cookie may I remember you that I only order 2 cookies
Where's McDonald's. We are always saying you can never go wrong with McDonald's same food all the time you'd never get sick with it. Today came to McDonald's same people working there slow sluggish not on their game not enough silverware took the wrong order coffee tastes terrible. How can you go wrong with McDonald's oh yeah it's not McDonald's it's the people working there they get it all wrong not happy $15 terrible breakfast

I went to pick up my order and came straight home. I then realized I was missing almost my entire order. I turned around and went back to get my missing items. Typically, when a store makes a mistake, they will take the old food back and remake the entire order due to them being at fault so the customer can have fresh food from start to finish. I was told first that I would need to get a refund and that they would not give me the rest of the food. After I let them know this was not possible, they told me all they could do was replace the missing food but would not be able to remake the entire order due to it costing them money.. Did it not cost the customer money to come back to the store after the store messing up the order? Yes, it takes about 20 minutes to get to this location in which now all the items would be cold. I have been working in the fast food business for many years, and again, to remake the entire order is the least you can do for your customers when your staff makes a mistake. I also met which attitude and a condescending tone. No apology and no remorse, so their wrong doing.. Then, the missing items were not even correct.
