Very fast & clean. However, the manager NEEDS to chill. I couldn’t enjoy my food with all her yelling at the crew, belittling them. Ma’am, you are also a worker here. Employees are nice but all that yelling from the manager is unnecessary & uncalled for.

They missed part of our order and we discovered it at the window. The young lady who was originally handled it went above and beyond trying to get us our food but the GM monica? Came up to the window, immediately demanding we move forward to get our order so we requested our card back and she gave us extreme attitude immediately then proceeded to close the window and yell at the young lady trying to help us in front of us and all of her coworkers. The young lady was almost in tears and apologizing to us like it was her fault. We will not be going back at all and have called in a complaint.

What a horrible manager.. Lindsey..I waited in line a total of 50 minutes to return a sweet tea that tasted like old cheese and feet. So I ordered a frappuccino instead cuz by the time you know kind of hungry and ready to get home after an hour in line 15 minutes Lindsay wants me to pay an additional $2.47 Ida hello I just waited 50 minutes and I drove all the way from Joshua?? Is it coming out of your paycheck whatever customer service?????? This town blows
Ordered ahead to save on time, ordered food for 6 kids at a sleepover expecting to just be able to pick it up and go. Definitely not the case, my receipt was printed and I was handed a number to wait. Kinda missing the point of ordering ahead if you ask me.

There was an older gentleman that was working behind the counter. I couldn't catch his name but he was so sweet and patient with me and my 2 girls. I really appreciate it. He seemed to go above and beyond his job description and had a very good attitude towards everything.

I work overnights so I swing by here around 3am for lunch and the crew is on fire. The food is hot and I'm in the drive thru for like 3 minutes. Meanwhile you go across the street to What-a-burger you'll wait a minimum of 15mins and they either forget something or totally mess up order.
