Gavin, our server, was so sweet and made us feel extremely welcome! We’re two service members who just moved to Cleburne, so this was our first Veterans Day with out our friends or family close by. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful experience!

We came on a Wednesday afternoon with a group of about 15 people. They got us seated relatively quickly, but we ended up being there for 2.5 hours. Resturant almost empty yet we were seated next to dirty tables and the tables were never cleaned during our time dining. Also never refilled our drinks. The food was good but also the bathrooms are really messy and not clean

I ordered to go soup and salad for lunch today and it was the best I think I've ever had out of all the times I've eaten from an Olive garden before. The food was was hot, fresh and tasted amazing!! The girl working take-out was very friendly, attentive and courteous. Her cheerful attitude brightened my day for sure! 10 out of 10 today Olive Garden! Great job!!!

I came here on a Monday afternoon, by MYSELF, not that busy. I forgot that they put onions & Jalapeños in their salad. She brought me a huge bowl of salad drenched in ranch, enough for 3,4 people, not 1. So she made me another one. Same huge bowl just alittle less salad, again drenched in ranch. Way too much dressing. She tells me that my Alfredo noodles have to cook, would I like a different noodle, no I want fettuccine Alfredo noodles with Xtra sauce, she said about 12 minutes, ok. So my salad was to soggy and the bread sticks are over cooked, hard. She brings me my food and I asked for fresh bread sticks, she had a rude sigh. Got my fresh soft bread and was eating it, ate about 3 bites and it was Chewy, not done. So I'd had enough, I wasn't full but I was done. Finally found her and she asked if everything was OK and I told her. She wanted me to pay at that machine on the table, I dont trust them so I said I'm paying cash. She came back and said her manager took everything off. I had a water, so no money was due. I left wondering what I was going to eat. Went to heb bought some chicken. I will NEVER go back to that OG. They are only a few months old and they are bad services.
Hope everyone else has a better experience then me.

“The manager is in his office not wanting to be bothered.” Was the response I got from the server when asking why the food was cold, no breadsticks, and why the restaurant was closing at 9 if the door says 10pm. Whack. Terrible. Also the kitchen “did not want to make breadsticks” lol. Baby, this is what you’re known for… go to the Burleson one, do not even consider coming to this one. Worst experience everrrrrrrr!

Ate here. Got 6 or 7 breadsticks. Waiter was attentive! Food was coldish , second round of breadsticks were warm , got my fancy ketchup.
