Chicken egg rolls were burnt. I went through the drive thru and was told to pull around to wait for my order, and they forgot about me for 20-30 mins. I walk inside to check and they had my food sitting aside. No customers in line or anything so they just straight up forgot about me. Why would you tell me to pull aside and park if you were going to just leave my food inside the store. Not nice :(

Drove 45 minutes for food arrived 53 minutes before closing and wanted broccoli beef was told they only were serving what they already had cooked nothing else. Poor service definitely will not be back

Many problems with this store. The management will set interviews then not even show up. No manners at all from management. That's a bad way to run a business.

Food portion are never the same. They love to up charge but put the same amount in it. My wife loves to eat here but the way they treat people they have lost all my business.

Good luck to you, get better management. Maybe you will get people who want to work and know how.

My boyfriend went during his very short lunch break and ordered Beijing beef and got orange chicken, (which he’s allergic to!) and asked for a handful of soy sauce and got two sauces. Sad as hell and we will be contacting

Picked up a bowl of chow-mein and orange chicken. What I got was mostly cabbage and I had to dig for a small bit of cow-mein. And my wife had the Honey walnut shrimp and there was only 4 pieces in her bowl. They must be hurting to cut back so much. Won’t be going back and waste my money.

The greatest customer service I receive is here. Patient and polite, may be busy and a little behind but I understand. As long as the service and quality is there, you can't beat that. Thank y'all for a great experience.

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving at the restaurant so that I wouldn’t have to wait. Pull up to the drive thru speaker and was told to pull around to the front and park because “they were waiting on the egg rolls” -we had 1 egg roll… we waited 5 minutes in the parking lots before I went inside to check what was taking so long.. my food is sitting on the prep line boxed ready to go.. I wait in line for a couple minutes before it was my turn and asked the lady if my mobile order was ready. It was clear she completely forgot that she told us to wait in the parking lot while my dinner sits untouched getting cold.
Worst part is they weren’t even just. No cars in the drive thru when we arrived and only a few tables sitting inside.. poor service for an easy simple order.
