Would have been 5 stars but chicken wing sauce was wrong. Online order for people on the go has to be accurate. Didn't double check at carry out. Had to be somewhere. But finding this problem at other pizza places too where I don't have time to go back for wrong or missing items.
I've never been to this one before and I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza and I didn't check it till I got home and I ended up with a cheese pizza. Anyway the cheese pizza had no flavor.

I was subjected to this food at work yesterday. The sauce was way too sweet and the dough was raw. The cheese wasn't even fully melted. The outer crust was 2 and a half Inches wide. Super lame.

Made an online order last Friday with roughly 2 hours left before they closed. It was a 10 pizza order, about 5 minutes after the order was made I received a phone call from a very rude employee saying the order needed to be made 24hrs in advance. Said they were going to make it this time but future orders like that need to be made 24hrs in advance. My issue wasn’t the rules, I understand a Friday night can be busy and a large order can make it difficult to get other orders out in a timely manner, my issue was that the person on the other end was very rude about it and the fact that the order was for pick up so if the order was going to be made regardless why should an employee call and be rude over the phone instead of respectfully telling me when I show up to get my order? And when I got home one of the pizzas looked like it had been dropped. I didn’t even bother calling and trying to get the guy to replace it. He probably would’ve had a problem fixing his mess up anyway.

They gave you a good amount of toppings, but the crust wasn't as good as Papas in Mustang OK....Vegetarian options: It would be a big advantage for Papa's Pizza to add vegan protein choices and vegan cheese...

Staff here is great even though once and a while you order is messed up and wrong, but that's no reason to give a bad review. People mess up sometimes. No worries, I will still keep ordering from there

Food is never wrong and always fresh. Delivery is quick and hassle free customer service.Dietary restrictions: My husband isn't allowed to eat tomato sauce due to a stomach condition. They remade his dinner with no fuss! They are very accommodating.

This is the last time I will ever order anything from this establishment.A $128 order and nothing was made right. Talked to the Manager, or someone portraying to be the Manager, and they brushed me off. If somebody spend $128 bucks, make things right.One pizza under cooked. Two pizza's burnt on the bottom. Wings were RAW, and my Dorritos Ranch had No ranch seasoning on it without the dipping sauce.
