I wash doordashing yesterday I arrived ontime for my pick up. The worker said it'll take 15min. I waited. The pizza never came. I updated my app and the customer. I was told to wait another 10min. I did. I finally got the pizza. Guess what! They forgot to put the wings in the oven for the order!! I had to wait another 15min. This is insane! Im not picking up anymore orders placed at this pizza hut 😤😡

Pizza was not ready until just over 20 minutes later than was stated online when ordered. Staff completely ignored customers at the front counter. When I asked for contact information for a regional manager so I could make a complaint the person I spoke to refused to provide any information and was incredibly rude. Food was good when I finally got it, but service was terrible. This location, on West Henderson in Cleburne has multiple 1 star reviews and those make the majority of the reviews for the location.

This place is absolutely horrible. Went to order and the lady had no idea about a special I wanted. I show her it online where it says dine in or carry out still had no clue. Was told I couldn’t dine in because they had no plates no cups no fountain drinks nothing. after I finally get to place my order the lobby was a mess the workers sat in the lobby the whole time gossiping about people was just horrible. The building looks rundown. The parking lot is not maintained at all overall just horrible.

mgr. would not take blame for sending my order to wrong address when we finally got our order it was cold terrible hardly any toppings!!!!! very upset it was ordered for company I had try to enjoy a pizza that was all over except my house!!!!!!! (not the door dash drivers faault} i was blamed said we put wrong address in like we sent it to the laudry mat on purpose

My husband ordered the big dinner box and usually with the deal it comes with breadsticks he ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks just to be delivered regular breadsticks so we wasted an extra three dollars for nothing! We’re not usually complainers because we get customer service job but after time and time again from ordering here we always get something wrong idk if you guys have some bad apples working here but for the sake on y’all staying in business at least double check if the order is right

When I got there the inside was closed to everyone and there was a long line to get my order and I was a little early not much. I still waited in like for almost 40 minutes. When I got my pizza the lady I spoke with Lilly was very kind and sweet . When I got home and unboxed my 2 medium pizzas were burnt and fried out like they had been sitting in the desert for 3 days, so I called and Lilly the sweet lady agreed to remake my order. So I throw away the burnt stuff even the cheese bread and cinnamon sticks and head back up there to wait another 30 minutes for my new order. I got home open the pizza my cheese pizza burnt again my husband's pizza was edible but the cheese stick burnt again. Will not be going back but Lilly you look overworked hun you deserve a raise for dealing with this company. They were really understaffed. Shame on management! Shame!

Horrible staff, drivers refuse to give change, and after showing up in store an hour after my pizza was supposed to be delivered I attempted to cancel it because they couldn't even tell me if they had started on it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Ordered me and my bf the big dinner box ONLINE remind you, and when we got there to pick it up we were waiting for like 30-45 mins just for our food and when we got home our pizza dough was not cooked all the way, our breadsticks were almost burnt and they forgot our dipping sauces. I used to love Pizza Hut but idk what happened to it. I was very disappointed.
