Pains me to update my review from 5 stars to 2 . This place has gone down hill fast. Dirty, stale cinnamon rolls. Waiting almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Used to come here weekly, but it has gotten so bad.

This place has really declined since Covid. We used to love coming here, but not anymore. The food is awful and the employees don't seem to care about their jobs.

First time ordering through the app (only like the 3-4th time ever eating there) and my order was so unbelievably wrong that it felt intentional. I didn’t notice it until after I drove all the way back to work, so I didn’t have time to fix it. I’ve never been the kind of person to leave reviews, but it made me really upset. Extremely disappointed.
Service is excellent and the sandwiches are fantastic. The seating is adequate and the environment clean. Counter order, table delivery. Ask for oil and vinegar because they don't have it sitting out any longer.

Customer service does not exist at this location. Guess that is why no one was there, it was ghosted. It took 20min to get 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. Ordered food at 7:26pm received at 7:46pm. Small portions but they charge you like you are getting alot. The quality of the food is poor no taste. Just not worth your time & money to come here. You work hard for your money... take you & your money to a establishment that appreciates you as a customer with professional service, quality food & fair portions.

Forgot my cinnamon roll and messed up my sandwich told me to drive up there for a replacement and the manager riley was extremely rude and refused to remake the sandwich after I got there and showed him the messed up sandwich
Ordered food and waited 30 min. Finally had to ask and was told they never made it. They got confused and didn't know if the order was drive-thru or dining room. The kitchen staff laughed at the mistake. We had to request a refund. The service is very poor at the Cleburne location
This store is ridiculous... I ordered through the drive thru, rolled to the window and was not acknowledge for about 10-15 minutes. (I wonder why). My drink was poured, and just sat there, money not taken...hmmmm. The Manager's were there eating chocolate chip cookies and never turned to address that I should be serviced...hmmm (I wonder why). You got to do better, it's 2025, brown ppl. will stop by and want to eat if at all possible. Ridiculous.. it was very intentional because this is not the first time at this same location.

Wow i was gonna leave it at that but totally unbelievably ridiculous. The young tall kid working the food line (sunday may 18th 12pm), he does not deserve this job seriously. First off he messed up my order and had to remake it. He did not say a word, took my food, then went back to working on other peoples’ food. Ive never seen someone work so intentionally slow. Seriously, look at the cameras and you’ll see he is doing it on purpose.
Im just done with schlotzskys. Do better.

Great food, but service could be better.
Beware of trying to eat here during your lunch break! I’ve literally been waiting at the drive through for over 30 minutes. Got my food but there’s no time to eat, just driving back to work now. So disappointed. I won’t come back unless I have an hour to spare.
At first, they charged us extra for not putting our sandwich in a combo; they refunded us for that. They didn't put pickles with my wife's sandwich, and we ordered jalapeños on the side and didn't get them.
Once they brought the jalapeños and pickles, we noticed only 5 slices of jalapeños, and they looked old. The manager, Riley, brought them and said they also put jalapeños on my wife's sandwich. We never said we wanted them on the sandwich. He had an attitude and then went to snatch my wife's food tray with our soup on it, and I told him that the soup didn't need to be remade.
We told him thank you in the beginning when he brought our food, but he didn't say anything back. He was very disrespectful and very unprofessional; I don't see how he has a manager position. We come to this location 2 to 4 times a month and have never seen him.
They refunded the money back on the card, but it hasn't gone through yet. But now my wife and I have to go find something else to eat.
User's recommendation: Don’t come here if Riley the manger is working here very unprofessional. Our order was made and placed in front of us and instead of a refund Riley voided the order . He wasted 44 dollars worth of food threw it all in the trash .
The bathroom was dirty several tables dirty and so was the floors who ever ownes this place needs to get there workers in order this place was terrible
I go a lot when Shawna is there and the food is always great. I now know it's because of her. I have been two other times when she is not there and the food is not near as good. Shawna makes the best food. Will not get food from now on unless she is there. Thanks for great food and customer service Shawna.
