It took forever to get my lunch so I had to return to work. By the time I got around to eating my sandwich I realized it was wrong. Schlotzsky’s would not make fix their mistake. The manager ‘Riley’ has poor customer service skills.

They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I went around to fix it, I waited in line for another 10 minutes. Extremely slow and they gave me ugly looks when I asked nicely for my money back cause I absolutely will not give this place my business. Goodluck! I've been going to this location for years at this point. The food quality has always been at least passable. But today this was not the case. I never write reviews, but today it was so bad I felt like I have to for the safety of others.
There were many issues with our order. Firstly it took nearly 40 minutes for our Togo order to be finished. Then the food was all just kind of thrown together and soggy. As if we were animals they were feeding. But none of that holds a light to the main issue. I orders a beef sandwich and the beef on my sandwich was literally rotten or not cooked properly. I nearly threw up from the first bite.
I talked to the employee about the issue to try and get a refund and proceeds to attempt and gas light me telling me it's fine and refuses to issue a refund without even looking at the meat himself. I will be filing a complaint with the FDA and highly discourage others from visiting this location.

Ordered a Chicken and Avocado Salad. Drove in from Godley to pick it up and got there about 30 minutes after I ordered. My order was not ready and I could not get anyone to help me. Two different employees walked right by me as I was standing under the "to Go" sign and no one even said hi. Then I got home with a Chicken Salad. No avocado. Terrible experience.

When I arrived all the workers were sitting around visiting. Manager checked me out when they finally got to the counter. I asked for my sandwich a certain way and she rolled her eyes. Guess she thought I wasn't looking. Asked for a cinnamon roll and it was not on my receipt. Drive thru girl who brought my sandwich was super friendly. Definitely not the service we get at my local store. Should have known when there was not a single customer in the store at 5pm.

Searched menu before going there . Went there for something specific. Found out when I got there they didn't have 80 percent of what they said they had. During rush hour the place was empty. Left empty handed, won't return. Major disappointment.
