Some days it's great and some days it's not, you pay a lot for a cup of coffee you should enjoy it every time, today at 12/7/2025 it was cold the hot mocha tasted like chocolate with no coffee, the hot chocolate was waterd down, so go back for a refund and the girls are talking amongst themselves and laughing like something was so funny, while she's doing the refund it takes a near 30 minutes, then she says keep an eye on it in case it don't go back on card after I leave I realized that was not what they had charged us to begin with, totally different price, I'm done with this place I have talked to district manager before and nothing has changed, they are not perfessional at all. I assure you I will not recommended skooters Or ever return.

I'm in love with this place! The ladies are always so welcoming and skilled at their craft. I was offered a free remake of my drinks when it tasted a little off and they great took care of me. I recommend the iced Carmelicious with Vanilla for any iced coffee lovers! My favorite go-to coffee place!

The barista who take orders outside with the black nose ring is always so sweet when me and my wife come in, she always makes conversation and helps us with our orders thoroughly. Definitely recommend this location.

I'm going blind, and my organs and everything from lupus. I got the scoot special they had two kind people who understood completely. Their coffee which I've had before is amazing. The scoot special was amazing for the snap benefits being shutdown. I love how Scooters is about community. Warms my heart to see such good people.

Just got a large iced latte like I always get. They ask if you want flavor. I said no. I guess I should have yes I would like some espresso flavor. Unfortunately what I got was some light tan 2 % milk. No coffee or espresso flavor at all. Very disappointed actually left there and went to Starbucks.
Every time I've been here the service has been BOMB. the workers are so kind and understanding, and they serve great coffee too, no complaints about the desserts either, would definitely recommend checking scooters out if you're in Cleburne.

I loveeeeeee scooters but this location is a joke recently. The loud, absolutely obnoxious blonde girl at the window would not shut up—ranting nonstop about nonsense instead of acting like a normal person. It was really irritating , unwelcoming, and flat-out if I’m being honest embarrassing for the business. There normal staff is always usually so friendly but I was just blown away by that kind of behavior……
