I went in this morning to try scooters for the first time. I normally get starbucks, and obviously wasn’t expecting it to taste like starbucks! But for the price of their coffee I expected a decent tasting coffee. To me, it tasted like shipleys iced coffee. Not very good. Didn’t taste like coffee and tasted more like chocolate milk.

I am a regular customer at scooters in cleburne . I go one time a day for a hot mocha . I looked at my online bank statement and noticed I was charged two times for my purchase. I went back till December of last year same thing . I tried to call with no answer. I will be called the corporate number or email when I get time , I hope It’s just a computer glitch , won’t know till I can get ahold of someone .

I had such a wonderful experience today at scooters with their employee Bell she went above and beyond her customer service today I cannot thank you enough.. they are definitely the best coffee shop in town and I will definitely only take my business there for now on thank you...❤️💕💗

I ordered a hot brewed coffee with an extra shot of espresso and it was so wattered down I had to go to QT to get a better coffee. The coffee was great when they first opened, but not anymore.

Scooter's had ALWAYS been my go to coffee place. However, the quality has gone way down in the last few months. I always order blended drinks. The last few months, they have been so runny you would have thought they were iced coffee. I add 2 extra shots of espresso so I can really taste my coffee. That has also gone way down. I can't even taste the coffee. They have been so horribly sweet. I'm so sorry Scooter's, I am not sure if I will be back.
