I ordered the foot long coney meal and obviously the hot dog had been made for hours....when I call up the restaurant I was hung up on and your employee refused to answer the phone. I am very disappointed in your service and your attitude when addressing customers complaints.
Ordered two All American dogs (comes with mustard, ketchup and relish) tonight at the West Henderson store.
What came out were two dogs that were ice cold in stale buns, and only had ketchup and mustard on them. Couldn't eat them. I mean HOW can you screw up hotdogs?!? They were just awful. 🤬🤬
Every single time I order food for my family it is always wrong! How hard is it to take an order exactly as it is on the screen. Is it incompetence or is it done on purpose? No more!
