We come here frequently and this weekend was probably our last time for a while….
This restaurant truly has no system and it seems like they figure out one thing and something else goes wrong.
Tonight was understaffed and I will not fault the staff but lack of management.
Even when there seems to be multiple servers we sit and watch tables wait for ever to get greeted and many walk out. They never have enough menus and the host seems to be all over the place and tells people to wait and then someone else will seat them. We know to have low expectations and only returned in the past because the beer is decent and the pizza was good.
The servers are great but it seems like there’s no sections and unfortunately no one is proactive greeting tables and communicating with people coming in.
The owner manager looking guy seems to just sit at a table and drink a beer everytime we are there (usually Fridays or Thursdays) and NEVER intervenes when things are wrong or the staff need help.
I want this place to last and we have been coming here from the start but tonight our server was clearly in the weeds. We were given an appetizer that was burnt and wrong so we decided to go else where because we could see the night was going downhill.

Great place to meet up with friends. Only negative is not handicap accessible for the arcade, historical building with old staircase to upstairs. Pizza was made to order, beer is unique local flavors. Good service and clean facility.
Vegetarian options: We did not request Veg options, but the toppings seemed available, and there are salads.
Dietary restrictions: Made to order choice of toppings for pizzas.
Parking: Downtown across from courthouse. Street parking, not each corner has pedestrian crossing, watch traffic.
Kid-friendliness: All ages, but please respect the variety of guests if bringing kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Downstairs accessible ok, only staircase to get to arcade. Booths for family seating, tall Bistro tables with tall chairs, stools at bar.

Insanely good pizza (Try the pickle pizza)! Staff is amazingly attentive and fast.(Shout out to Bree!) Game rooms are sooo cool! Pinball, skee ball, ALL the pac mans! New family favorite.

So I called at 11:30, 11:40, 11:50 and no answer. I showed up there at 11:57AM and walked in the door and placed an order but the girl that took my order did not ask me If I wanted to be seated and also looked confused. I called again to see if I could hear their phone rigging in the actually restaurant and did not. It must be disconnected. I have had the pizza here several times and it is awesome. Not sure why the phone isn't working and why the wait staff is so bad.

had the best experience here yesterday on a little spontaneous mommy and son date. had never been here before and decided to jump the gun. the people who work here are the sweetest ever! they made my son and I feel very welcome and very patient with us. will most def be coming back ?

This place has cool arcade games upstairs. I can tell they put a lot of money into this place. It's very clean and inviting. The pizza is so/so. I think the quality is in the games and alcohol.
