I went in and overheard the manager, Dustin, threatening the employee making our sandwich. He told them he could fire them and didn’t need a reason. This was said openly, in front of customers, and was completely inappropriate.

This is a Subway sandwich shop — no manager should be on a power trip or acting as though they are above basic decency. Leadership at any level requires respect, and there is absolutely no excuse for using intimidation or threats in a customer-facing environment.

No employee should be spoken to this way. Abuse of authority, especially toward a young employee, creates a toxic and unsafe workplace and reflects a serious failure of leadership. This is not a training issue; it is a character issue.

This behavior is unacceptable and should not be ignored. It needs to be addressed immediately, and Dustin should be removed from any role where he has authority over others.

absolutely a joke of a location you reach out to report my sandwich was dripping in garlic sauce to it was resolved by who a lazy owner who only good staff is the older guy int he mornings? tell the owner that he clown shoes and i cant wait for jersey mike to open up so i can take my money to a place that is quality not crap like his location so glad i have other options sorry i can give you negative 5 stars for crap quality of food and a lazy owner who cant take ownership of what his ppl do hope it was worth it chief

None of the additional toppings on the delivery order was added when asked for toasted sandwiches they were stone cold. Some of the deli slices almost felt like they were frozen.
Sauce was put on unevenly almost globed on Simmons and dry on the other end and sandwich is not cut completely

Order a $6.99 any Foot-long sandwich for pick up 5/15/25. Meat measured on small kitchen scale, Meat measured 3.1 ounces not 5 ounces. Four 1-1/2” small Thin tomatoe slices. A tiny bit of lettuce. Correct amount of cheese. Now I know why store was empty at 6:30 PM! Subway corporate needs to come look at the store immediately.

I always get the Veggie Delight, and the staff are very good in preparation. My only concern is that the breads are shrinking, I felt as if my sandwich was made on a long hot dog bun, very narrow 🤦‍♀️😔

Jessie put me on to this sandwich and even remembered like a week later what’s on it, i’m unable to leave my job when it’s just me and she hooked me up to where I can come in quickly to grab it. AWESOME and very kind people there. Thank you ♥️

We ordered $98.00 worth of food from this deplorable restaurant. When they immediately took the money out of our account we made TWO phone call attempts to confirm the order. The employees never answered the phone. The order said it would be ready at 5:30pm. Conveniently when we arrived to pick up the sandwiches they told us they had never once received the order. They asked for us to check that it wasn't the Keene Subway. Of which it was not. The address on the receipt was for the Cleburne location. Had any of the people working inside this restaurant answered the phone we could of known well in advance that the order wasn't there. I advise that in the future you answer your phones so you don't get complaints.

I went there and the young man didn’t say a word, his hair was covering his face. I paid $40 for 4 sandwiches and I got the bear minimum put on my food, I ate more bread than veggies, protein, and cheese combined. I didn’t get a military discount and lastly when I said thank you at the end I just got stared at.
