I go to this store often for bean burritos with a nacho cheese cup to dip my burrito and I always ask to make sure my nacho cup is full. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. Today however I asked them to replace my burrito and nacho sauce because my burrito was made wrong(I get no onions) and my cheese cup was half full. The manager told me it’s policy to only put 2 pumps. They did replace my order, but i think if that is the policy they should advertise it that way, instead of showing a full cup in the picture for 59 cents before tax. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, but the first time I had it replaced.

I went to Taco Bell today I ended up ordering my food and when I sat down one of the worker started cussing at me calling me a B word because I guess I did something wrong that made her mad I don’t know what I did. She needs to be fire! You can’t talk to customers like that!! Love the food though.

I would love to rate the food higher, yet seeing as my food was not delivered, and I was given a bag of nacho fries instead of my burrito, with nacho fries, it is hard to. I called, perhaps ten times, no answer. I could not contact them for a refund. The workers did not acknowledge my presence at the window, except to give me my bag, after asking my name. Because I couldnt contact the Taco Bell, I resorted to the app, where I received a coupon. Great! I now get to reuse my money on the same corporation that did me wrong! 😂

Food burnt. quesadilla thrown into the bag was basically a ball and had HAIR 🤢 when the bag was first opened. The cinnamon twist also just thrown into the bag tasted like the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in weeks and when drive threw window opened smelled heavily of marijuana. 0/10 experience

We just received rancid beef. The chicken and beans were fine, but as a former Taco Bell employee, I promise that beef had sat there for well over 4 hours. I will not be coming back again!
I went threw the drive threw the other day and was greeted very professionally and when I got the the window Sharon was very sweet and pleasant and also very courteous and I recived everything I ordered the way I ordered it. 10 out of 10 would come here again.

I put in an order through the mobile app for drive through pickup while I was about 45 minutes out like I have many times since they don’t actually make the order until you pull up to the drive through. Well, this time I pulled up and they gave me my food. I checked it and it was cold and the tag on the food showed it was made 45 minutes ago when I had placed the order. I went in to request they remake my nachos and had to argue with the manager to get her to remake them. She flat out refused!! She kept saying it was my fault until I showed her in the app that it was a drive through order and not a in store pickup order. (Which I’m puzzled how and why it got changed.) The fact that they even gave me the order that was sitting for 45 minutes is ridiculous to begin with and then arguing with me about remaking it when it was clearly their fault is inexcusable. Save your time and go to the Taco Bell on Henderson instead. Or better still, go to Taco Casa.

I ordered 2 cantina soft tacos and the pico that was in them tasted so fresh as if someone made it at home. This is by far the best taco bell location I have ever been to. 10/10 will be coming back
