Horrible drive thru experience, I placed an order and received only part of it. It wasn't until I was home that I noticed half the order was missing. I tried to call the store back but the phone call wouldn't go through. When I let the cashier know of the issue, she was rude and said she that she put all the tacos in herself. I explained that they were not in the bag so she went and talked to her manager, they fixed the order but were rude. The manager on shift was Tabitha. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff but anytime an order has been wrong in the past or they forgot something they've always been polite and fixed the issue. I was treated like I was lying, they weren't busy and there was no reason for the cashier to act the way she did. The manager didn't come out and it was just a very poor experience.
Still the best fast food tacos of any chain restaurant.
