The difference is the vibe. Might be one of the last real Whataburgers. I grew up in Arlington so I thought I knew about Whataburger. Get out of cities. Cleaner air makes for nicer people. Nicer people make all things nicer, and it tastes better. Probably cuz it's made with love.

Let me tell you something I been coming here for years and it always takes forever but you get your food fresh ! But here recently they hired a new guy at the window Alex and he’s got to be the most sweet generous kid!! Made my experience waiting so worth it and it IS A GOOD DAY IF YOU MAKE IT ONE ALEX !

I liked it. Only my second visit. I didn't care for the place on my first visit, but second visit was much better. You can't judge a business by just one visit. I will return to the same location at 172 and 67. The food was tasty.

I went for lunch. My coworkers asked for onion rings. A total of 4 orders of onion rings. Tell me why they were all burnt almost to the crisp. There was one that was over cooked in one of the orders. Ima have to pass for a while.

Jesus that works the drive through is by far one of the nicest people working in fast food, in this whole town. He has never messed up on a single order and is just genuinely so kind and friendly! Wish the rest of these restaurants had a Jesus!

Me and my friends we all went in and straight off the bat someone was telling at the guy on cash because he was cleaning the tables instead of helping us, we didn't mind we just walked in and we are all understanding we worked fast food before, then a woman comes from the back with headset on take 2 of our orders doesn't ask if it was here or to go and then she switches with the guy and he takes the rest of our orders, which he did in fact ask if it was for here or to go. We all place our orders we were waiting for our food the first order comes out on a tray and we politely said we actually wanted it to go, the guy manager comes out from the back office and verbally abuses the guy that did everything right and it sounded as though he's holding hours over his employees head as punishments for mistakes which I dont think is ok, all of our food gets bagged for to go orders and everything was fine we did stop and say something to the lady telling her she shouldn't let the guy get yelled at for her mistakes and she basically just brushed us off. What we saw was no way to treat your employees or to keep up company morale and is absolutely unacceptable.

Came in today to watch employees be ridiculed so apparently infront of customers by an over stressed middle aged white man. We can wait an extra two minutes, yelling at your employees in front of a lobby of people is just unprofessional. We know it gets busy and stressful but obviously this is not how to lead a team. this “manager” should treat those employees with respect.

No Name

I came here today on August 3rd, 2025. I came in with my friends. There was no one ready to take our order which is totally fine. We waited only about 2 minutes for help. A woman named Candice came up to us to help us take our order. She didn’t ask if we wanted to go or dine in. Dylan then came in and started taking the orders as well as asking if we wanted dine in or to go. The manager then harassed Dylan saying “this is why you only get 8 hours” “pay attention to detail” all in an angry tone which was so obnoxious and a horrible management style to witness. I would quit immediately. Candice didn’t own up to her mistake despite someone calling her out. It’s embarrassing to watch 2 adults harass a teenage boy for a mistake he didn’t make. And he took it like a champ. This was a horrible experience to witness and if the manager is so willing to talk like that in front of costumers, idk what he would say in private.
