This is one of the worst ones in san antonio. We always avoid this one and last night was the worst of all times. We got sick again! If you know someone who works here, let them know they're nasty and they need to close down.

There always seems to be a bit of a wait to get your order taken at the speaker, even if there is only one car. The staff is apologetic, so I don't usually think too much about it.

When the guy at the checkout asked if I wanted my 20 cents change back? Uh...yes. and their sausage biscuit was over twice what McDonalds was. I was doing a taste test and price check. This is my 3rd try at a Whataburger. 3 strikes and you are out.

I order two sandwich combos and wanted to try their new wings Buffalo flavor. I was highly disappointed when I got home and realized I was missing both my fries and the wings were in fact 9 pieces but half of them were the size of a penny. It sucks when you get home spending a good amount of money on food and then half of your order is missing.

Sent in a DoorDash order tonight and there was no option to say with ice or nice and so I called and a man picked up and actually changed it for me and did it himself, very sweet and very thankful. <3

I love this place. The service is slow sometimes, but I'd rather wait for my meal knowing it's hot and done right. There's a female manager there who works on Friday morning, and she's absolutely beautiful. Sorry, I had to put that in there, hoping she would see it, lol.
