They DON'T take cash!!!!! As a veteran this is how I feel. That is UN-AMERICAN!!! If you don't take American currency in America, it's should be considered Communism. Food is subpar for the price ya pay. I don't blame the staff, they were polite and friendly. They can't help what Corporations do. As an American i can NOT and will NOT recommend Wing Stop until they change their ways.

I have a different experience every time I come here. Sometimes the service is over the top, sometimes mid, sometimes downright rude. I never know what I'm walking into, total mixed bag. The food is mostly mid, but its fast and hot. I have to admit that I love the season fries, and the blue cheese is top tier. Its one of the few fast food places in town that has caffinated root beer.

I walked in to get my mobile order, I had to wait forever because all of the employees looked at me but no one came to take my order. The girl who gave me my food was so rude, she literally rolled her eyes when I said thank you? I think they are all high 24/7 because these people have the worst customer service I’ve seen. I ordered the crispy tenders, I think they gave me some leftovers. They were cold and hard, and the sauce is all dried up? It costs $2 extra for ranch, so you’d think they’d at least fill up the tiny ranch cups but they were each only half full or less. They give half as many fries as they used to, they were cold as well of course.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a delivery and received no RANCH . . Called up there & she’s like you can receive credit or come up here like excuse me there’s a reason I ordered a delivery tipped the driver etc and yall want me to drive up there? Insane so then she gets me the shift lead and he’s like I can refund , not the first time this happens to me , one time I placed an order and my order was in the trash!!! I got there to pick up and they’re like we don’t have your order and they end up finding the receipt in the trash!! Insane.
