Food was not done right. Forgot to give me veggies. Cashier interrupted me. Giving order. And boss reprimanded 2 workers in front of other workers and customers. Won't be going back. Also so much seasoning i got choked on fries.

I ordered online for pick up. I live in Godley and it's a 23 minute drive. I know I should of checked the bag but I didn't. When I get home the order was incomplete. Note to buyer check your order before you leave.

Placed a carry out order and waited over the time they said it would be ready then got there thinking it would at least be close. Nope. I was told that it would at least be a another hour before they got to my ticket. This place is terribly managed.

We have tried this Wingstop several times and every time our order is incomplete. It had been over 6 months since I had tried them so I thought maybe they had improved. Fooled me again.

I Ordered online yesterday. The food was so bad it's still on my mind today. I spent over $60 the wings were borderline undercooked and not seasoned well. The fries were horrible. They were cut badly. They were the biggest Wingstop fries I've ever seen, bigger than potato wedges. And they were not seasoned at all even though I ordered extra seasoning. When I walked in to pick up my order, I saw 3 employees. All 3 were sitting down on their phones. In Fort Worth, it's rare to see a Wingstop empty on a Saturday. So I was surprised when I walked into the Cleburne location but I see why it was empty now. Huge disappointment.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Not a big deal, but i paid for a 6 piece and was only given 5. On top of that, the lady behind the counter was yelling at her children from across the room and even had them running up to her at the counter.

The worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Order online with a 30 min wait just to wait an hour in the restaurant for the order to actually be made. Not to mention you can’t get to the counter to check on your order due to the staff not helping the counter.

Poorly ran, I walked in waiting for them to come to the counter and waited 3 mins. She asked me if I had an online offer or place an order. I told her I’m here to place an order and she processed to tell me it will be a minute before they can get to me. She is in the middle of working on people orders with no gloves on, and her cell phone rang and answers it while messing with foods. It wasn’t a business call for the way she is talking on the phone. Do not recommend, take your hard earned money else where

Rude was busy and their Attitudes Stunk.....ordered online site said 30 min wait turned into a 1.5 hr wait and another of attitude when I keep asking about my order....will drive to Burleson from now on will be faster and Better Service.
