Had an issue with my $60 Uber eats order, called them and Cory and the entire team handled it well and made things right! We’re human, it happens. At least they make things right when a mistake happens.

Food was excellent and the fries were perfect , younger blonde girl that works here she was awesome. My only complaint with this location is there was nothing available to drink aside from diet/no sugar options , otherwise it would be a 5 star.

This is my first Yelp review. Literally, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 2 ladies running the register (Jayla was the only name on the receipt, one had very fake eye lashes) do not care if the order is right or wrong or if the food is served cold or hot or if you even get your order while dining there. They don't even know how to correct the receipt when they take an order incorrectly. The owners should teach customer service 101 to the staff, because there was zero customer service skills on display. Additionally, the ladies were very mouthy when asking for correction. Everyone has bad days, but these two ladies would be gone if I owned the place. I will never go to Wing Stop again!

Terrible customer service. Spent over $100 on wings for a bulk order that I placed the night before asking for a dry rub Cajun seasoning. Didn’t get dry rub, and called wing stop to see if they’d make it right for just an 8 count of the dry rub Louisiana (not Cajun). She passed the blame on to the call center saying “they don’t know what they’re doing over there but I made the order right”. Won’t be going back to that location ever again

Been approx. 5-6 times. Wings or fries always not fresh. Ordered to go but decided to eat there. Fries were cold and told young guy if I could get some fresh fries. Nothing unexpected, why I ate there. Employee took my fry basket and angrily slammed in the trash. Asked him why so mad and said having a bad day. This location is trash and poorly managed. Would rather drive and eat in Burleson than waste money here.

Will not come back to the Cleburne Texas location. The smallest pieces of chicken. Mostly crispy breading. Definitely not worth the 16 bucks. The stars are only because they have good fries or it would of been 0
