Let’s dive in ! This #Burgerking in Cleveland tx needs help , can’t understand the workers ( not good English) husband got the #1 it was fine . I got the chicken wrap ! Ok let me tell you that there was something wrong with the chicken ! Omg instantly was nauseous and in the bathroom ! Not good at all will not get them again !!!

Yesterday I went around 6.30 am as a costumer every Wednesday, the service was excellent 👌 the manager is a super friendly and nice woman always with a smile on her face, she offered me cookies and the new cini minis and of course I bought them, it is a privilege that B.k has her.

This Burger King location at 601 West Southline Street is unprofessional, disrespectful, and biased. I came in at around 9:30–9:36 PM to pick up an order and showed the employee the customer’s name. She stayed completely silent, and when the food and drinks were ready, she looked at me and simply said, ‘Come on.’

That tone was unnecessary and condescending. I’m a 32-year-old independent contractor—not a child—and I’ve worked in fast food before; I’ve never had anyone talk to me like that. Another customer, an older Black gentleman, even asked her if she was okay because of the way she treated me.

What made this worse is that when she dealt with a white customer before me, she was polite and professional. But when it came to me, her whole demeanor changed. That shows clear bias, and it is unacceptable.

Delivery drivers are business partners, not your employees. We deserve basic respect just like paying customers. If that’s too much to ask, maybe this isn’t the right job for you.

I will be reporting this incident to corporate and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to make sure this behavior is addressed.
