Loved it!! I’ve been going to another snowcone place in town but they didn’t have my flavor so I went to Chilly’s to give them a try. SO SO glad I did, it was amazing!! It’s my new Snowcone place now.
My wife heard about this place, and we decided to try it out, and we were very pleased. They have a good assortment of flavors, and the service is very good. The snowballs are priced just right. Definitely check it out if you're ever in Cleveland, TX. I know it may be a little bit far, but it is so worth it.
I consider myself somewhat of a snowcone snob. A Karen if you will, when it comes to snowcones. I'm not mean but I'm picky. This place is my favorite! I come from Conroe just to have a banana with cream and whipped cream and I miss them on the days I can't. We tried a place close to us the other day and all we did was compare it to Chillys.
