The only bad chai lattee I've ever had!! If I wasn't headed home with 4 hours to drive trying to beat getting dark, I would have taken it back!!i went because of good reviews. Evidently they had something else!! A total waste of almost $7.

I sometimes go here to get my morning coffee and a light breakfast since the place is on my way to work. My main issue has always been the long wait at the drive thru and shortage of breakfast options. Today, I arrived early, knowing it may take a while to get through the drive thru line, but after spending 20 minutes without even getting to order, I backed away from my spot and left. This is not the first time I've waited more than 15 minutes to get my things. The wait line is ridiculous even considering this is not a fast food place.

I use to love coming here daily… the girls were amazing. However with staffing changes we recently have chosen to not come as often because waiting over 20 minutes for 2 drinks is not do able for us.. even ordering ahead doesn’t seem to get us anywhere..

Hot chocolate was delicious. A large looks like a small, but, I'm used to Starbucks... Kind staff. I love all the options for add ins and toppings. We'll go back. Also pumpkin muffins are amazing!! Love this place.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home as we've always seen it but have never stopped. She got a London Fog tea, I got a vanilla latte, and we each got a ham & cheese croissant. The drinks and croissants were delicious, looking forward to trying other baked goods and finding my perfect coffee order. The seating area is very cozy, and the young ladies who were working when we went were very nice. They do have a drive-thru window which is good to know in case we're in a rush.

Visiting from out of town and so glad we got to try Cozy Coffee. Excellent customer service and the coffee was perfect. I had a latte with and extra shot and my wife got a salted toffee latte. We were able to try a frozen drink as well and it was great. As coffee shop owners ourselves, we really appreciate a great experience and product. If you are in the area, go check them out!

We travel full time for my husband’s job so I’ve been to a lot of different coffee shops. And this is by far my favorite. I love an iced white chocolate mocha and nobody makes them like Cozy Coffee. The employees are always so friendly and service is fast. I’ll be so sad when we leave this area and I can’t go by there anymore.
