Stopped at this location while traveling. The buffet was well stocked and everything was a s fresh. I would definitely eat here again. Restaurant was clean as well.

The absolute worst food I've ever had from any hartz. The chicken tasted like old dish water, the watery Mac and cheese had a disgusting fishy after taste and the gravy tasted like it was spoiled. I wouldn't recommend this place to a starving person.

It's reasonably priced. I thought the chicken was tough and dry. Fish and beans were good. The iced tea was my favorite part. If you are hungry and want to eat a lot of ok food for a reasonable price, this is your place.
Placed an order through drive through only to get home and find that the our food had black strands of hair on 3 pieces of our chicken. Tried to call no answer.

We picked up a to go order on the way down 59 from Houston to Burkeville Tx. My hope is to make this our new stop on the way home. Since 2020, fried chicken has been slacking. My hope has been restored. Large perfectly fried pieces. We got a 10 piece mixed. We made sides at home. Believe it or not, the chicken was still warm when we arrived home. Please consider a franchise near Jasper Tx.
