Everything about this store is pretty mid. About as much as you can expect from any fast food restaurant. Customer service was terrible for longest time. Recently they've gotten a little better but could still significantly improve. There are a couple of specific employees that are nice & gotten familiar with me but in general, collectively. The customer service still needs improvement. Early on, 7 years of my life work was in fast food/ customer service. I worked during dark days in my life & all, & I always put it aside & gave the best service I could so I absolutely do not excuse poor service.

I ordered my husbands meal a large which I was charged for, they gave me a large drink but not a large fry. Also didn’t put the 4 piece nugget I order for my son. They also had me pull up for my order and I sat there for a good 10 mins so I’m not sure why the order was so messed up.

No other Jack in the box does tacos better than this one
My daughter just went to cleveland jack in box they didnt even get the order right they left the burger and fries out and my grandsons apple juice also only one taco should of been more this is poor drive threw service we live about 15 minutes away cant go back and now someone cant eat cause they got order wrong tried calling but it goes to voice mail

The chicken nuggets are way too small and stale. The Teriyaki bowl is super salty and the drinks are always flat. This is the Cleveland, tx fast food one.
