I ordered a pretzel pizza idk what I was given… but it was raw and nasty. Roof was leaking everywhere the other day. The portal hardly ever works. The wait is horrible. There is nothing hot and ready about this location. Staff ignores customers standing there waiting to be helped

Worst pizza place for speed and service. order online or call in come and your time to be told another hr wait is ridiculous. I can't understand why upper management cannot do something about this place. Then as you are standing there an employee walks in yelling profanity and just being nasty. Do something about the service here

Have not gotten my food yet, because it will be a 30 minute wait. The child behind the counter was so slow. I stood at the counter waiting for him to take my order. While he was trying to count 20 one dollar bills. He fiddled around with that, then called someone to change it for him, then that person counted it and the register guy was wrong. I almost left but I really wanted a pretzel pizza. It is my last coming here.

I work in customer service, i’m a server in a high volume fast paced restaurant so i do understand being busy but neglecting customers because you’re busy personally is never acceptable. i waited in line for 25 minutes (only because i had family expecting me to come home with pizza or i would have left) and watched the lady at the counter just disappear for 5 minutes without saying anything to the next person in line and then we’d wait for her to come back and the cycle repeats. when it’s finally my turn i order my pizzas and let her know i find it very rude to walk away without saying anything when there’s a steady line of people waiting, she let me know she was busy and i said it’s just nice to know i’m seen even if it’s “i’ll be right with you”, she was rude letting me know she doesn’t have to before walking away again. after a guy that had been waiting 35 minutes for his online order said he was glad i said something because he also felt the same way.

The customer service is trash. They really need to work on their people's skills meaning they're communication skills.I feel like a lot of people be lying on their resume... like damn fake it until you make it at least.
It's a lot of people with no jobs wish to be in your position, just think about it..
I mean come on now.. they are wrong serving pizza that has been sitting for along time! I felt like I was eating a damn cordboard box. It was so hard at the bottom The cheese was burnt, everything was just wrong... I said screw it, let me just eat the damn toppins. I feel like I cut the inside of my damn throat trying to eat this damn pizza
Just to give you a heads up. People do not order at night time. Order during the day. And I always love little Caesar's pizza. I don't know what's going on around Cleveland Texas, but mostly the food is horrible, fast food restaurants, the only food that is decent is Brookshire brothers at the Delhi. That's about it.

So for the most part my family usually has no issue but I have a big issue with paying these restaurants and they give you burn food that's been sitting there. If I give you my money give me fresh food for my Family not pizza sitting there. Now I did give it back and they made us a new pizza but from now on ill be checking my Pizza at this Location.
