Went through drive thru, got told to go to curbside. Waited an additional 30 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. Had to call store to be able to get my food. Takes less time to drive to the new splendora location and back than to get food here

I ordered a 1/4 pounder deluxe in the drive thru was asked to pull up to a parking stall and wsit for my order, I did after 20 mins I finally got a order left was running late back to work. When I got to work I had the wrong order. Will not go to this Mcdonalds again

Well I am glad to have a customer service person speak English. I loved the Grinch meal. Especially the socks.
This is purely a review on Corey the cashier that was on shift 12/3/25 at 6pm. That young man is holding the whole operation together. Very calm and kind amidst his coworkers sabotaging themselves on getting orders completed. The curbside/pickup system is a mess. But Corey took the time to help even though it wasn't his mess to deal with.

Terrible service and food is always cold or wrong or both!!! Tried to order breakfast and they “cancelled “ my order because it was after breakfast time by the time we got to the window but they still charged my card I tried to dispute the charges and could not. This McDonald’s is absolute trash!!!!!!
