The owners here are super friendly. I have been having a issue with one of my tanks. I went in only to buy juice and they offered to help check my mod settings and tank to see if there's any issues with it as well as give me detailed guidance on setting up my device. I have never been to a vape store where they're willing to help you out so much with a product that you did not buy from them. Hats off to the owners of this store. Definitely deserves this review.

Becky's store is hands down, the best vape store in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Shes informed, friendly, takes the time to answer your questions and checks every vape that leaves her store. Her vape juice is also competitively priced and she keeps a huge selection!

I originally went into the store hoping that they may have the extremely hard to find replacement glass for a Zeus tank surprisingly they had one. While I was there I told them that I was having trouble with my a genius solo because it wasn't charging properly. They inspected my vape mod and told me that I had damaged the charging port so I said well hell I guess I've got to try to buy a new mod. Surprisingly they didn't try to sell me a new mod .they explained to me that it would be less expensive for me to get a dual battery charger add an extra battery which would have cost around $24 and just charge the batteries at night . This is honestly the first place I've ever been where they have been so helpful and actually tried to save me money instead of trying to rip me off
