It takes too long to take the order and to get the order out and I am not referring to the days when it is full, but to the days when only one table has customers and one arrives and you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to come out and ask. You want one and then 45 minutes to 1 hour to put out a simple order for 1 person.

Today they really disappointed me, I waited
For 2 dishes almost an hour per
2 Pupusas and a yucca with pork rinds without curtido and they were not pork rinds but carnitas, 3 pieces and they served my husband the dish.
Migueleño with a meat Ñanguito and without tortillas I think they have to go back to the previous service, how sad to come from so far away for this ? ?

It's just that when ordering, if they take a little while, there may be a lack of cooks or waitresses ??‍♂️. That's why I prefer to order by phone half an hour before arriving at the place!

I come from a culture where there are no such dishes...and I am open to trying them and the truth is. All the dishes are very, very delicious, good flavor, very clean and very good smell. I loved it and I recommend them 100%. Thank you very much

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered pupusas to go and was told 30 minute wait. As soon as we got there the lady said she did not received our order and told us we would have to wait again. however this is not the first time this happens, It’s really disappointing because I expected my order to be ready in 30 minutes as I was told from the lady. Honestly I believe that the order that is placed thru the phone is given to someone else that walks in and then when we as callers arrive to pick up the food we unfortunately have to wait longer. I believe that the owner should take accountability from the workers as I personally will not recommend or will ever come back to this place.
