Worse sonic they never put enough sauce on the burgers smash burgers and the drinks never made right they're never fully mixed together or it's like they're not even putting the syrup into it. Better just to go to the sonic in Splendora Also, some of those slushes have been tasting terrible. They all taste like pickle flavor.

On August 28, 2025, at 8:47 PM, I left without ordering and I’m glad I did. I had to repeat myself four times just to order two cups of ice, and instead of taking me seriously, the employee laughed and I could hear someone else laughing in the background. That immediately made me feel uncomfortable and paranoid, especially since just two days ago I had gotten salty-tasting ice from this same location.

I always stop here for ice before doing my late-night deliveries I’m known as the “ice lady” because I get it so often. But after this experience, I didn’t feel safe. It felt like my order could be tampered with, and no customer should have to worry about that.

To make matters worse, the ice here is inconsistent sometimes it tastes fine, but other times it tastes like chemicals or even salt. That’s not okay. I take pride in what I put in my body, and I’m tired of dealing with questionable quality and unprofessional service.

For these reasons, I won’t be coming back for ice again. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and consistency and this location didn’t provide any of that.
