I ordered a route 44 diet cherry limeade and always put extra cherries in the app and the most I get is 3 if I’m lucky, tonight LITERALLY ONE what the actual F is going on at this location? Like really?! You charge for extra and I didn’t even get the normal amount

As usual, these people give out more aggravation than food. every time you give them the chance to redeem themselves, they remind you of how bad they don't want your business. We used to get breakfast there every Sunday...they went to a prefabricated egg patty. Not bad except for the taste and texture. Now they charge for marinara sauce...one of the few things that taste good here! Even with no drive through and only one other parked customer, it took forever to get a drink and a bacon/egg burrito...cold of course! At least they are consistent! Update, they are now closed…they all moved to a new location at 1314 and 99. It is better tho… not great but better
My how this place has gone down. I only ordered drinks through the app and they were very fast and friendly bringing it out. Seems like most of the stall are completely broken or missing one side or speaker not working etc and the outside of the place is a wreck. Tress knocked down and for storms weeks ago and still not cleaned. Not a positive appearance for someone driving by to want to go here. There is a sonic right by me but I go to this 15 min away because it used to be better now it looks likes a mess. The service was great!

? The employee who served us the food was polite. It did appear that she had a bit too much makeup, and it made her look a little clownish. She was young and mathematically attractive, so there's no reason why she needs all that makeup (she needs a gay friend to teach her how to apply makeup or something). ? The touch screen in our spot didn't work and we didn't notice it until it was time to pay. While not exactly the establishment's fault, they could have put a sign over the screen so we could park at another spot. ? There was a black hair of about 2-inches found on the serving boat of the hotdog. It wasn't ours because the guy who ate it is blond.

Ordered 3 items today including a Oreo scoop sundae with fudge. It didn’t have fudge when it came out of the window even though we paid extra and the receipt reflected this. They took it back through the window and what they handed out was ridiculous. The scoop of Oreo cheesecake appeared to have been scooped off the top and the sundae flipped over into a new container. It was partially melted and they added what looked like literal drops of fudge. No effort was made to correct THEIR mistake, in fact it felt like what they handed out was punishment for asking for the correct order. Wont be back.

I have ordered twice through the app at the sonic in Cleveland, Tx and BOTH times my order has been wrong and disgusting! I will NOT go back to the place again! Someone needs to contact management and get this place straightened out! Last week i ordered 3 drinks, 1 sweet tea, 1 cherry limeade and 1 diet cherry limeade. The girl handed us the drinks and when asked which drink was which she replied i dont know and walked off. We pulled up to the drive through window and told them that the tea was supposed to be sweet and we needed to know which drink was diet due to health issues. We made her remake them all. She was rude about it. Today my order was supposed to come out at 3:06. By 3:14 I got out and walked in. The girl handed me an ice cold small popcorn chicken(was supposed to be a jumbo) off the rack and what was supposed to be a diet cherry limeade but tasted like bleach. Absolutely ridiculous!
