Do not go here as they are changing policy as they now no longer allowing kids meals or water cups if you want a water cup you have to pay full price for a drink

The workers are fine. the manager though is horrible, very rude for no reason!!
First time going to this location it was obvious the worker who was by themselves couldn’t care less about making my sandwich. Second time they had a temporary closed sign until the 14th of April saying they would be open the 15th, it was the 15th that I went, saw workers inside, doors still locked, called twice to ask about it and the call went ignored. Don’t go to this location they really don’t care about your money.
Order With Uber and my foot long got my day a six inch sandwich they didn’t even have sauce on either one tried calling the store apparently they don’t know how to answer I’m so disappointed in our food

Never out of anything and always greeted promptly. A while back it was horrible because they stayed out of everything but whoever is managing it these days is doing a great job!

I come to complain about the manager a woman named Ana, what an arrogant bitter woman and thinks she is superior to the others, I bought a footlong and asked for half chicken and the other ham and she told the boy that she was making the order that she would have to charge me as if she were buying only half, it's the first time that happens to me
Doesn't even deserve a half a star! We have literally had issues everytime we have ordered from here! Customer service is the worst and when I made a complaint to corporate noting was handled and yet again tonight I ordered my son 2 Turkey sandwich and both were wrong!
Was sent here by app instead of the Subway less than a mile away from my new address. Was deeply concerned when I arrived 15 minutes after "ready by" time, and the server was just beginning to make the sandwiches. The show was very disturbing to watch. The kid couldn't even make a sandwich without going back to order receipt after every step. For example, get bread, check paper, slice bread, check paper, toast bread, check paper, add ham, check paper, etc.. After standing and watching this fiasco, I just wanted to get the hell outta there and grabbed my order, and left. I normally check my order before paying, but it had already been over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and wrap them to-go! Anyway, the reason I give this review so low........ they screwed me out of my footlong pretzel!!! And don't get me started about the fact that they refuse to answer the phone number listed for the store, rings until it goes to busy signal! 3 straight days, during business hours!
I won't drive 23 miles to this Subway EVER AGAIN!!!

Yeah, i'm gonna be real.This was probably the worst sandwich I've had Thought I Got some kind of vegan sandwich sorry tho to the Mexican dude he always kinda chill and easy going

I don't think you could find 2 employees that care less more than what is employed there. Waited 30 minutes in line and walked out along with others.
