Terrible service, I paid 2 dollars for extra bacon and they never put it in, don't order online, they don't respect what you ask for, I also asked for wheat bread and they gave me untoasted white bread and I asked for it toasted and they never answered the phone 😡 I couldn't eat my lunch because it was cold and with old bread

I'm only giving a 3 start because the customer service was great. On the other hand inventory was horrible. I went in last night around 8pm a 24hr location, the only bread to choose from was white or wheat (i didn't want either). It was probably about 6 left of the white, I went with that. Then I asked for tuna, the gentleman informed me that they were out. I honestly wanted to walk out then, just didn't want to drive clear access town to the other location. I ended up switching to chicken teriyaki, then asking for Swiss cheese. The gentleman informed me that they do not carry that anymore. Next I had to choose spinach instead of lettuce because it was brown. I ordered 3 sandwiches, one was a chicken beacon ranch. That was the first sandwich made and cut. What i didn't like the most is the gentleman did not fully clean the knife used to cut the first one so once he got to mine ranch was now inside my chicken teriyaki sandwich. Lastly I wanted flavored tea in a cup, the fountains looked outrageous, like they hadn't been cleaned for days. This was horrible, I'll go to the other location next time.

This store is never open late and if you order with the app you better call and make sure they are open.they leave the mobile app ordering process open when the store is closed and charge you even though they are closed and then it takes more than a week for them to send a generally worded B.S. email saying somethings about the promotional deals they have this month.Worst customer service I have ever had will not order from here again

We have gone to this location 3 different occasions and really had no issues that I know of until now... I have been getting charges from out state from subways all over .. I want to believe that this location has a card reader and I would be very visionalint when you go into this location

I went into your Cleveland Tx store on 3/19/2024 to pick up dinner after getting off of work. Your employee were very rude. Very slow. I stood in there 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. He asked if I wanted them toasted, I said yes please. Well after taking them out of the oven he just pushes them to the side and started helping the other girl with a mobile order. That the customer was not even there to pick up yet. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I was talking to my husband on the phone and he asked what was the purpose of getting them toasted if he just pushed them to the side to start helping someone else. I asked my husband if I should just walked out. After he heard me asking my husband he started working on my order again. After I paid he didn’t even say Thank you, he never said one word and just slid my bag across the counter to me. After standing there for 30 minutes i wasn’t very happy and will not be back. This was at the location at. 429 W south line stCleveland Tx 77327Suite 350. I’ll take my business to Jersey mikes from now on where they know how to treat customers
I placed two separate orders this morning. The managers attitude was disgusting!!!! She did not greet me and when she walked back out she said she thought i was gone. She treated me as if she was scared of mr because of the color of my skin and basically called me ignorant. I am a person of black decent. I will not support this racist establishment.

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY,,, They are RUDE and disrespectful one employee made fun of my tattoo and laughed at me and Today a girl making my sandwich had attitude and was rolling her eyes everytime I spoke they were out of cups I told them she rolled her eyes again And stormed off. They are soooooooo Unprofessional and need to do better pretty soon this subway will go out of business I guarantee you

I was helped by Tiffany, she made sure I knew exactly what I was ordering and if I didn't know something she was very helpful! She even had recommendations when I wasn't sure what to get! There are many places nowadays where the employees just serve your food and be done at that, but Tiffany and I chatted while she was making my order. It was a very pleasurable experience! I'll definitely be going back!
Parking: There was alot of spaces for parking, including wheelchair accessible spots!

I went in subway, I walk in ask this women how's her day an she said:fine with a little attitude an I started to talk to her when she was making a sandwich which she did a good job! She was very short with me ,I felt disrespected ,the way she presented herself like she didn't care about me,but act nicer to the Uber driver ,that's what I experience ,I hope GOD bless her with happiness in her life an put HIS hands on her .
