Completely disrespectful personnel, I arrive here to pick up a delivery order at roughly 11:30pm, sign on the door says they close at 12 however the door was locked when I arrived, there is one employee inside making sandwiches but they refuse to acknowledge myself and another person who is also waiting on a delivery order, they gave zero consideration for our time and I not only drove out of my way 10+ miles for nothing but also I won't be paid for it.

They came out to see if I was uber or door dash as I was writing this, too late now the order was canceled 10 minutes ago.

Your doors should remain unlocked during business hours.

I placed a mobile order, not only was the mobile order marked as done, but was not complete when I walked in, AND all of our sandwiches are burnt to a crisp. We tried to call up there, but they won’t answer the phone, not sure if their system is messed up or what. And the parking lot was empty so I know they weren’t too distracted to take my sandwich out of the toaster.

First off I eould like to stare I am not leaving subway a review but the older lady who works the closing shift.
I come to this subway every working night. And everytime I see her working she has a bad attitude.
Tonight she had the store close at 1030pm instead of the posted 12am. She proceeded to avoid even looking at me. Other nights she has complained to me 2 hours before the store closed that customers keep coming in when she's trying to close the store. As well as telling me about her co-workers losing promotion oppurtunitys due to drugs. Which I can agree with, but ill never gossip with my customers like that.
I noticed since the first time she helped me that she did not want her job and could careless to be there.
Anyways I wont be going to this subway again as long as I see her working there. Don't need to get disrespected when all I want is a sandwich.

Food is good just customer service is not that great have had bad experience past two times we have gone with the service last time got upset bc it was several sandwiches and there was no one behind us this time was upset bc we asked for green bell pepper on Doritos said couldn’t do it which they usually do it but we told her to was fine if she charged for it so she was moody

Ppl working tonight SUCKED , asked for extra sauce n got barely enough to say it isn’t dry. Didn’t get close to extra jalapeños/banana peppers and apparently they charge $3 now for a cup of ice, used to be my go to place here in Cleveland, y’all need better ppl

The Subway sandwich artist guy, Shannon, was very courteous, kind, and fast. He made sure we got exactly the sandwich we desired. The place was clean, and the staff very friendly and efficient. We will definitely come back and eat at this location again.

The service was terrible, we walked in and we were trying to look at the menu when the gurl behind the counter got very snippy and rude. She then walked to the back and the other girl helped us and was a bit nicer. And they had the music WAY too loud!

This location is indicative of a franchise in decline without enforcement of basic standards. It is always out of major ingredients and or equipment malfunctions and failure.

I don't know who took my order cuz I wasn't the one ordering but they got my sandwich so wrong. They forgot him and cheese. Literally how do you forget cheese on a sandwich here? Also the Dr pepper in their sida fountain machine is literally Coca-Cola and root beer mixed. It's not Dr pepper at all. I'm so sure the employee that took my order is going to be fired within a year so this review will be irrelevant by then.

Please don't eat there the workers there are so rude. I ordered a salad 🥗 and me and husband wanted to eat in. I asked them for a fork 🍴 fir my salad and they said they didn't have any. So I said how am I going to eat my salad 🥗. This one lady who worked there was every rude and tells me just go nextdoor and get a fork I looked at her and said like really. So my husband and I was every upset and left the store. We lived far and my salad was not any good to ear because if the heat 😡 so never again we will go there the that place ever.

So I placed a pick up order. I got there on time, my order wasn’t started yet. No biggie, they didn’t have the right kind of chicken, not picky so I didn’t care really. The kid gave me the wrong cookie on 1/2 of them, let it slide because simply I just wanted the sandwich. I got home, and my sandwich is cold, chicken is cold to the touch, same with bacon, cheese isn’t even melted. I got a chicken bacon ranch, on my receipt it says toasted. I don’t like complaining because I have really bad social anxiety but seriously? I tried calling the store 3x and no answer.

I ordered online pickup. Prior to going to the location I got a call that they were out of THREE items in my order. (Which I asked to substitute) When I got there to pickup, there wasn’t an employee in sight. Got home and the sandwich was missing two more things besides what they were already “out of stock” in, and the bread was burned beyond being edible. This location lacks oversight, and the management needs to be replaced.
