I used to like eating here but the food has given me a bad stomach twice and the guy in glasses with three crosses on his neck was rude and on his phone. He told me to give him a minute at the register while he finish sending his message on Instagram.. management needs to do better here

I came in there to pick up a DoorDash order and it was about maybe 30 minutes before closing and you would think even then they would have the stuff to make at least delivery orders but no I walk in there and she basically tells me we don’t have the bread We don’t have any of that we have wheat bread so you can either use that or you’re not getting your order. I have worked in the food service industry before if you are not closed, you keep things stocked. I don’t care if you have to bake more bread and make more cookies you make sure things are stocked. She literally a guy he tried to come in and it was 10:42 PM and they close at 11 PM and she just interrupted him and said we’re closed to get out

Just got a sub from there. Got a footlocker they only gave me 4 pieces of turkey. Probably one of the worst subs I've gotten.
They didn’t had bread and couldn’t get my refund due to making it online, So I was left hungry and broke call before to see if they have bread before placing a online order.

Usually I always have baddd experience there with the young employees they have, tonight i decided to order online to avoid they’re attitude and I got there and the employee Nelly told me there was no chocolate chip cookie available and I asked her to just give me a refund then , she said I don’t think I can let me ask my manager and then quick changed her mind and told me she’s gonna check if she has any, she went and grabbed them from the bottom and I told her so you lied you had some just didn’t want to give them to me , she said they they’re not allowed to give them til “10 something “ because they sell out and I responded but yall close at 11 pm and she didn’t know what to say , these little girls are lazy and rude and I don’t think that’s a job for them , they should be stocked up and she shouldn’t have lied when she knew they had some , I was there and I had bought them already it does not matter if they sell out that’s what’s they’re for . The manager needs to do better

Ever have that craving for a specific sandwich from subway and you get there and they’re out of the ingredients? Well Jennifer at this location sold me a whole new sandwich to overcome their ingredient shortages in a manner that makes you forget the sting of disappointment. Then surprise, she had good taste too. Great customer service in a difficult time!
