I’m only giving three stars because at least the worker caught me before I’d completed my order at the kiosk to let me know they were out of beef. On a Friday afternoon? Taco Bell running out of beef would be like KFC running out of chicken. This location always seems to be out of something.

Fast service, good breakfast, and staff was very polite. Facility clean.
The location didn’t have the dragonfruit freeze so I got the strawberry instead. The worker tried to give my the small cup instead of the regular size cup. I ordered nacho fries. I took the fries back up there because they were cold. Not even 2 minutes later they were sending the same fries back all the done was drop the old fries in the grease to make them appear as if they were fresh. This is very unacceptable and the workers were very rude. Wish I could give no stars

Honestly it depends on when you go. Weekend employees are baaad. Lunch and breakfast times I've had no real issues. Dinner? Once got a burrito with a bite taken off and another that felt like someone licked it down. Besides that incident which I reported I never had anything overly bad like some here.
