The food is usually good, and overall the restaurant does a solid job. The only recurring issue I have is that DoorDash orders are sometimes prepared before the driver arrives. When that happens, crunchy tacos can become soggy and other items often need to be reheated.
Aside from that, the experience is generally positive. The staff is usually cool, and service is consistent.

I paid $25 at the machine at the front like I’ve done before and when I went to get my drink they told me it wasn’t paid for & it was taken out of my account & showed them that & they said nothing they could do . Absolutely pissed I lost $25 for something I didn’t even receive.

There is no interaction with people everyone busy with drive through people and no one waits on customers at counter who take time to co.e in but your drive through is more important

They are always accurate with my orders and the line moves pretty fast. Really is a great location. I've noticed that they take the time to make sure everything is wrapped up properly and not smushed in any way. This is the Cleveland location

Waited for someone to help us at the counter and finally had to call someone over. When we asked the about a certain meal he didn’t know and didn’t have any ambition to figure it out for us. Then after ordering we walked into the dining area and every single table was filthy. We had to clean our own table. Horrible experience…..

I am appalled, by the treatment of the overnight employees I seen a worker unsure if she was a manager or a team member, continually degrade and humiliate fellow staff members with profane language and throwing and slamming equipment in the back, all other employees were extremely kind and respectful, they continued to work through the whole ordeal the drive through was packed and instead of helping fellow staff members the lady with blonde hair continued to bombarde fellow staff with cuss words while not lending a helping hand

Ordered online and picked up inside. We were early so we sat in the lobby. Most tables were dirty. Staff forgot straws, napkins, and sauces, but food was hot and fresh.

Went there for my lunch break, took them 40 minutes to make my food and it was not only me there where 4-5 more customers waiting more than 30 minutes for there food, and the service was poor.

This location is great. The crew was fast the food was fresh and they didn't scrimp when filling the burritos or tacos. They also didn't break my tacos like Livingston does.
