The food is usually good, and overall the restaurant does a solid job. The only recurring issue I have is that DoorDash orders are sometimes prepared before the driver arrives. When that happens, crunchy tacos can become soggy and other items often need to be reheated.
Aside from that, the experience is generally positive. The staff is usually cool, and service is consistent.

They are always accurate with my orders and the line moves pretty fast. Really is a great location. I've noticed that they take the time to make sure everything is wrapped up properly and not smushed in any way. This is the Cleveland location

Thanks to the Sunday Afternoon crew on Sunday 6.22.25. Everybody is very polite and professional. The food was super fresh and delicious! This is by far the best Taco Bell in this area!!
