It took our cashier and a couple other people from the back to figure out how to put gravy on the side of an order of biscuits and gravy. They kept asking if we wanted it to go even though we had already told him a couple of times that we were eating and it’s no big deal. We’ve done it at other Whataburger’s for years . It just got kinda ridiculous. I was just hoping that our food would come out right and it did.!
We were traveling through Cleveland and stopped at the Whataburger 484. This is an amazing restaurant. The staff are wonderful and courteous to all. The store was very clean and organized. They have a good vibe going on and i wish more were like them. Thanks for the great experience. The lady with purple hair.
WhatAburger please find a new routine for service. The Chicfila style is not working for you at the drive-thru. It takes forever to get your meal and even when it doesn't people are usually stuck behind someone else. We love WhatAburger ❤️ but the drive-thru service is giving WhatAmess!
