DONT BE OBLIVIOUS. this place charges more then other stores, gives less then them(smaller portions) , and has horrible customer service. food is never the same. yall shouldn’t of wasted y’all’s money opening up this shitty location in our town. I am giving them 3 stars because my wings were good once I was able to get them made correctly. Having said that, they do have staff members who have no idea what customer service is or should be. I received multiple eye rolls when I returned because the food was wrong and they had put someone else’s order in my bag along with the staff speaking in Spanish to attempt to keep me from understanding what was being said. This place needs better leadership at night, that is all there is to it!

I’ve gone here twice and ordered the hot honey rub tenders. There was hardly any hot honey rub seasoning on the tenders. It literally just tasted and looked like regular tenders. I know it just opened and everyone is still trying to figure everything out, but this was disappointing!!

I want to start off by saying that my customer service experience was good, the staff is friendly and nice. However per the previous reviews I confirm that they are not tossing the wings in the seasoning. I has to send mine back to be tossed and they still lacked in flavor. I feel like there needs to be some sort retraining in tossing and the amount of seanoning being used as no one wants plain flavorless wings.

Before you leave, please check your bags. To begin with, the food was prepared fast, which is the only positive aspect of this establishment. However, the wings were overcooked, and it appeared that the chicken was simply tossed in a container and then covered with sauce. Some of the wings weren't even dipped in sauce.
My fries were cold, as if they had been sitting for an extended period. Once again, the sauce was simply poured on top. They neglected to include my brownie, resulting in a loss of $.
