Literally waited at the drive thru for idk how long. Pulled up to the window, no one there. Pulled around the side and the employee was sitting in an unused ice cream bin probably staring at me wait in the drive thru. If it weren’t for the coupons and cold brew idk what they would do. 👎

No cheese and even ordered it online. This is the second time in a week they have messed up on an online order first one was they gave me a chicken sandwich instead on my whopper. They need to do better no excuses when the place is not busy.

Often times they will tell you they are "closed" during normal operating hours. Its not uncommon for the food to be cold. If you pull up to the drive through there is times they are off goofing around & you end up having to walk in. To be honest it sucks as far as service goes. The food normally is ok. But I have had times it was cold.its kind of hit & miss there. But I've personally had enough bad experiences to just be honest about it. I kind of quit going.

The employees were absolutely rude and had no respect. The fish sandwich I bout was burnt. Ordered online said it would be ready for pickup at 5:44 got there at 5:55 one of the employees was in the lobby on the phone didn’t get up to do anything till I walked in the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced

Food was incorrect and despite having a online order in was told "we are closed" at 15 t 11pm then saying Oh we can do that. Then Whopper Jr was made w/o lettuce. Just not a good experience.

I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and it’s listed on the menu for $5.49. They tried to charge me $7 and I explained that it was listed on the menu for $5.49 and they told me prices had gone up. They would not honor the listed price at the menu. I decided not to give them any money at all.

My husband and I stopped there today and got the Whopper Jr deal. Full meal enough for us, cheap. Haven't eaten at BK in awhile. We were very pleased. Will definitely go back. Did not go in, but girl who took our order very pleasant. We did not know about the meal deal, but she told us about it. Appreciated her letting us know.

Bought two chicken wraps for about 5.40, which is a really good deal even if they are a little small. They came out to me warm and just as I ordered. Also, they gave me a burger king crown to go with my order. This is a small corner store burger king that has an included Chevron gas station on the other side, which means that you can get a warm meal, candy, a large variety of drinks, and fuel all in one stop.
