On the recommendation of our sister who lives in the area, we came for lunch on a beautiful sunny day in November. I ordered the chicken taco special and my lovely wife Lola orderednrhe Avocado bowl and tomato soup. We enjoyed the food and conversation in this quaint old time cafe.
Great lunch spot, I've eaten here a few times now and haven't had a bad meal. The first time I ate an Asian chicken salad that was the special of the day and it was the best salad I have ever eaten (should be on the daily menu).
I love the blueberry arugula salad & the salad trio is one of my favorites also. Their lunch specials are also wonderful, but sometimes when the lunch fills the plate, we eat half & take the other half home for dinner or lunch the next day. Whatever you get will be delicious! At least that's what we have found. They also have wonderful coffee & desserts!! So, if you haven't stopped in, you have no idea what you're missing!!
