We got sausage kolaches, apple fritters, and black coffee. Great breakfast when you're busy but hungry. Staff is kind and accommodating if an item is sold out. We also didn't go until 9:15 on a Saturday. They do sell out because it's good local food! Coffee was nice and strong, better than the options at the gas stations. I'd get there by 8:00 next time.
I’m not sure why anyone would rate this shop less than 5 stars. We drive from Valley Mills for this shop and we have a donut shop right here in town. The weekends - they sell out quick so get there early, but everything is delicious. There have only been a couple donut shops that I like outside of shipley’s. These donuts are light and airy, the Kolache’s are delicious, and they even have ones with croissants wrapped in bacon. Their little burritos are really good, the salsa...

The donuts are great, not super oily like some shops. The jalapeno cheese kolachi was pretty good (the bread part is good but the sausage should have been spicier).
But the best part, they carry Tru Moo chocolate milk!!! By far the superior chocolate milk, lol.
