We went through the drive-through to order. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before finding out that they had handed off our food to someone else. They then went back into the restaurant and put the food that has been handled by someone else into other bags to give it to me and did not realize I was there watching. Then when I asked for a refund, they didn’t wanna give it. When they did, they gave me half of my money. Very unprofessional. Very deceitful. They ought to lose their food handlers permit for trying to pass around food the way that they did!

The worker doing drive through needs a raise. She was absolutely busy because of understaffing at this location. Her name started with an A and it was 30 minutes til close, I had to wait a good couple of minutes before I was addressed at the drive through window. The bugs like the light so go drive through during the day. Overall pretty great quality quick treat 🍦 😋

I walked in at 7 and was asking a lady if they were closed and she politely told me the lobby was closed and I could order through the drive-through. Then a man was yelling at me from the back that they were closed seeing I was having a conversation with the employee. Update the hours if this is going to continue to be a problem.

The meal deal is great, and the frosties are great. I never hear a machine is down so we can't give you ice cream or fix your burger or make you a salad. All is fixed in fast order if that happens. Best burgers in town just the way you want them. The floors are clean and tables and restrooms as well. The folks there are friendly, clean and have a smile on.

Stopped in just after 6pm on a Sunday on a couple hour trip down Highway 6. It wasn't very busy and I was second in line. Workers were nice but it seriously took 29 minutes to get a 4 piece steak finger basket. Hell, it took almost 10 minutes for them to just bring out straws and all the empty tables were dirty. Food was good, though. Just don't expect it to be fast or clean.

We get carryout about once or twice a month from here. My gosh was the food better tonight! And service is so much faster, even at peak dinner hour rush. Overall quality, service, and experience just great! I've worked in food service and can appreciate consistently good food, so keep up the great work!!

The staff was competent, quick, and friendly. I was wowed with my burger. The shocker was the purple onion and fresh tomato. The patty was grilled to perfection. My fries were like they were fried while I was there. I'm so glad I stopped in.
