I ordered my food and thought I had customized my burger so I went in and told the workers that I had gotten my order wrong. The cashier was polite and told me we ordered that and I asked her if she can make me a new one anyway. She told the cook what I wanted and he got aggravated and was making comments another worker was around him and said “ don’t make a burger correct” sarcastically. After this I fell very anxious and embarrassed. Do not mess up ur order or the workers will get angry idk what happened to “the customer is always right” but this was suck a bad experience for me.

I stopped by DQ for the first time in months today. I was pleasantly surprised. It's been cleaned up, the stinky open floor drain was covered and the lady taking orders was polite and friendly and dressed for work. They've got the new McDonald's beat!

The Cashier Matthew was amazing! For being there less than a week and still training, he sure does a great job!
We went through the drive-through to order. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before finding out that they had handed off our food to someone else. They then went back into the restaurant and put the food that has been handled by someone else into other bags to give it to me and did not realize I was there watching. Then when I asked for a refund, they didn’t wanna give it. When they did, they gave me half of my money. Very unprofessional. Very deceitful. They ought to lose their food handlers permit for trying to pass around food the way that they did!

The worker doing drive through needs a raise. She was absolutely busy because of understaffing at this location. Her name started with an A and it was 30 minutes til close, I had to wait a good couple of minutes before I was addressed at the drive through window. The bugs like the light so go drive through during the day. Overall pretty great quality quick treat 🍦 😋

I walked in at 7 and was asking a lady if they were closed and she politely told me the lobby was closed and I could order through the drive-through. Then a man was yelling at me from the back that they were closed seeing I was having a conversation with the employee. Update the hours if this is going to continue to be a problem.
