When Ranglers was at the Clifton, TX location it was great! Never any problems. BUT, when Yesway bought the store, it has been a downhill slide. My husband and I make a joke and make bets on if the pump we pull into will work. If I say ZERO times, it is an understatement! We usually have to try 2 or 3 different pumps before we can get gas. Sad thing is usually out of all the pumps there, the majority of the time they all have out of order signs on them. Now, if the first one we try doesn’t work, we have gotten to where we just drive off to the little gas station across the railroad tracks (Cubs is the name of it) to get our gas. You have gotten really lucky this past year since Brookshires gas station is under repair… I bet most Clifton residents are counting the days until it opens so we don’t need Yesway any longer. The staff at Yesway is great, but your company isn’t doing a good job at carrying for your customers.
Please don’t bother with your “corporate canned response”. Just fix the problem!

The attendants are always nice and polite. My problem is with the gas pumps. Why do you have pay at the pump when it finally tells you that you need to pay inside. Paid inside with the same card no problem inside. I'm crippled and it's very uncomfortable to hobble inside and pay. I WILL drive 15 miles out of the way from now on to buy my fuel.

Looks like running out of gas is a normality here i bet 75% of the pumps are out
This is been for a good while.
Either it is a normality and learn to live with it, or nobody cares.
Hopefully someone takes corrective action on this matter.

There is a homeless man camped behind the business. It's not city property, so local police hands are tied. I drove by there this morning and it's quite the set up. Large tent, camp chair, cooler and what looked like a 2 liter mountain dew bottle thrown out on the grass that was full of liquid. Urine is my guess. Way to improve the community.

Why would I agree to going "offline". Give your reason publicly as to why you are allowing this to continue. I'm sure one call to local law enforcement would take care of it. It's a mess. Kids live in the area. You, as the owner of the property, hold all the cards. Give us all your reason here.

Since yes way bought out previous company quality has gone from poor to bad. Pumps are always broken and staff doesn't see to care. Avoid if you can.

This place has gone downhill. Cashier has a piss poor attitude. Apparently, they no longer make breakfast kolaches. But if you like bean burritos and breakfast pizza, this is your place. I'll save the bathroom comments for later.

This place has gone down hill since new ownership. Employees just don’t care about anything. Bathrooms are a dump! Food is old and stale. Gas pumps are out of order and the list goes on

Very clean bathrooms and store. Cashier was friendly. The store has lots of options for knickknacks and food.Gas is a bit pricey but easy to pull in and out of pump spots.
