The pepperoni pizza was over baked and crust burnt, same for the Italian sausage pizza. Ingredients were good, cook not. Pay attention to your product people.

Had my son’s birthday party here and their team member Aiden assisted our party. He definitely interacted with the kids which made it more of a blast. Plus their front staff were very attentive and super sweet! Highly recommend this place for events. On top of that I met the new owner who helped me with booking my party. Very respectful & helpful person! Thanks y’all once again for making my son’s birthday one to remember.

We had the Sunday lunch buffet, and to be honest, I didn't care for the pizza at all. It was pretty bad. It was very hot in the play room, but the kids had fun. The moment we walked in, the staff looked miserable, not a smile to be seen. Everyone looked like they didn't want to be there. The manager came out yelling at the crowded play place at everyone. Very rude and inappropriate. I was excited to go, because I heard people bragging about this place, but I don't plan on ever going back.

We were just a little bummed that we went on a Sunday for the buffet. Yes, we went at 1:15 after church, and the buffet closes at 2:00, but they wouldn't make anythjng fresh for the buffet. We had to just eat the very little bit that was left, and it was barely warm. The lady was super nice, we just wanted something fresh and hot. But maybe we shouldn't expect that 45 minutes before they close the buffet. I mean, I paid full price for it, so I really kind of expect some choices, and for it to be hot. If we have to eat the old pizza, give us a discount.

Today was my first time in this place to try the calzone, and I am very disappointed. I waited for 40 minutes, and they never placed my order. I asked for my money back and was not happy because they had to refund it back to my card, not cash. Never again.

Absolutely the best pizza I have ever eaten! Service is amazing I was greeted not by just 1 employee but several smiling faces . I have worked in the pizza industry for 2 decades so when I say this is the best pizza you can take my word for it .

Employees are very friendly, have absolutely no complaints with them. However the pizza has recently changed and it is no longer how it once was. We’ve gotten it 3 separate times for different occasions and everyone has noticed the change. I don’t see myself returning and paying that price for pizza of that quality. I just want my old comfort food back :(

Disappointed and Heartbroken Over Recent Changes

We’ve been loyal visitors to All Star Pizza for years, and it used to be a fun, safe place for our kids to burn off energy while enjoying some decent food. Unfortunately, under the new management, our most recent visit was deeply disappointing—and upsetting.

We understand that new rules have been implemented, and that’s completely reasonable. But what’s not reasonable is expecting children to follow rules that were never explained to them. Instead of calmly helping them learn, one staff member aggressively followed our kids around, correcting them harshly and making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

At one point, this employee told both my daughter and another very young child that they were “bad kids,” which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She even physically moved the toddler—despite the parent being right there. My daughter was so upset, she asked to leave. My autistic son became so distressed that he ran to hide in a tunnel, and it took me several minutes to find him.

We spent over $50 for food and playtime, but instead of fun, our kids left feeling anxious and ashamed. If your goal is to escape the summer heat or rain with a place for your kids to play—this is no longer it.

The pizza is still good, and I do want to acknowledge that not all staff were the same. One young woman was absolutely lovely—kind, engaged, playing tag with the kids, and offering gentle reminders about rules in a way that was encouraging, not shaming. If more of the team followed her lead, this could still be a wonderful place.

Until there’s a serious re-evaluation of how children are treated and how rules are communicated and enforced, we won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to other families looking for a safe, playful environment.
