Absolutely love the sno cones and how sweet the staff are! BUT ….. the awful SMELL every time we come inside. I don’t know if it’s a bad mix of cleaners or what but please figure it out and this would be a 5 for sure!

Their staff there is not friendly at all. Nobody acknowledged us this afternoon for a good 6 minutes at the counter. Wanted to take my kids to enjoy a snow cone… last time I ago. Smelled really bad inside weren’t sure what the smell was…

Started off pretty good but my last time going back there wasn’t any sno cone syrup from the middle to the bottom of the cup. It was just shaved ice. I will not go back there again, the best sno cone spot is the guy with red food truck on Dixie drive. This Bahama Bucks is not worth your money.

While this store has a great location, is very clean and correctly makes orders, the attitudes of some of the staff members are terrible. I just went through the drive-thru and the young lady who took our order actually deep-sighed at my husband for taking 5 seconds to figure out what he wanted. She sounded so put out. The time before this, one of the two girls working just sat in a booth with her boyfriend the whole time we were there - the other poor girl was working her tail off. The one sitting with her boyfriend would look over and ask “do you need help” once every 5 minutes. It was pretty busy so she definitely did. I hope they plan to do some customer service training with their staff.

Awful customer service! The red snow cone trailer is much better! Take your buisness there!!! We have full punch cards and were turned down our rewards because they "no longer take them". I understand that they may not give out any more punches but they refuse to honor their old fully punched ones. We reached out to corporate with our complaint about this unfairness. They informed us that yes they will redeem our fully punched cards as they're basically grandfathered in. So we went back to try again and were denied. Apparently the owner of this specific location has taken it upon him self to go against the company and continue to refuse the cards. They'd rather lose loyal customers then allow us to use rewards we rightfully earned. Its disgusting.

Very poor communication. My kids were so excited about getting a snow cone as we walked up it had the lit up OPEN sign They had crossed out times in time slots on the door marked in sharpie. We tried to open the door and it was locked. There was one girl in there that we could see and she just stared at us so we thought it was closed. But she could have at least told us go to the drive through But instead she just stared I was very irritated my kids were crying because they thought it was closed so we went to the drive through to see if she would open the window. She said they were short staffed and they closed the doors 2 hours ago. I asked if she could put a sign up saying to go to the drive through because there were other people going to the front door after us. She said well… we closed 2 hours ago …. I said well that’s enough time to put a “front door closed drive though open” sign.. There wasn’t any cars behind or in front of us she was rude as hell if she had enough time to go lock the doors 2 hours ago and put a handwritten sign that says exact cash only she could have put a sign in the front window. Long rant I’m just irritated because you do the smallest things to make your customers happy. That’s all. We will be going to the place in angleton or Freeport for snow cones from now on.

Went here at 7:37pm tonight and the sign on the door says they close at 8:30 and they said they "don't make smoothies this close to closing time." Sounds like the employees are just being lazy. Posting this in the hopes that the manager knows this is happening and the employees clean up their act.
