I always enjoy Burger King when I'm in the mood, and this location has always been a good one. They recently remodeled the interior, so it's nice and modernized. I usually order in the app & pick it up in the drive through. 99% of the time it's perfect.

Order girl had an attitude and couldn’t even get our meal right . Went to the window told them out meal just for them to give us someone else’s . Deleted my meal thre times to be handed the wrong buyer each time then leave the window open and talk about us … any why the heck is my Heaney pie melted upon receiving it ???

It’s a circus. This store cannot seem to get it together. They have literally gotten my last 3 orders wrong. Everyone is rushing around and there seems to be no structure. I didn’t want to leave a bad review right off the bat, but at this point, something needs to be done.

Visited around 8pm on tuesday night. Empty inside, ordered on app was ready as I walked in the door. Food was good and tasty. They redid inside and out and it looks really good. The one thing, the small burgers look really small I don't remember being this small.

I love burger king 8 love the food but damn it why can't they have simple things like what they say they have on the ordering app?it is every time they don't have something. Come on management fix it. We don't have chicken nuggets we don't have coke zero. Take it off the damn app so we don't get disappointed.
This store has gone downhill pretty quickly. The graveyard shift is the worst. They're constantly closed despite being advertised as 24/7. They always have some stupid reason as to why they're closed too. One time, I was told they were in the middle of shift relief and wouldn't be able to take my order for another 20 to 30 minutes. Like, really? I've worked fast food and never have I had shift relief last longer than 5 minutes. It just comes across as lazy. Why not just close the store at 11pm and reopen at 6am so they don't have to worry about serving anyone.

Absolutely Horrendous service. My card was stolen and used fraudulently at this location and the Manager “Laura” laughed even when I told her that my pistol was stolen by the same thief and very likely the person that stole it is in her store armed and dangerous… smh. She wouldn’t provide any information or even attempt to help. When I asked for her name she laughed and said Laura, “I ain’t giving you my last name.” Dont go here!
