They only hire self entitled kind of people. You know, them kind.They choose jack in the box as a career and think everyone owes them something. They never get your order right and you only get you the food that they're not feeling to lazy to make. If they don't want to make something they catch an attitude with you and tell you to order something different. I'M never going to this particular jack in the box ever again.

Stopped by Easter Sunday with a big order. I’ve never had good experiences at jack in the box but tonight I did. Trey did a great job and was VERY polite. Trey definitely deserves recognition!

I stopped in the Clute,Tx Dixie Dr location by the Walgreens to grab a quick "something". I had errands to run and I'd been in a hurry so skipped breakfast at home. That wasnt smart because now my sugar had dropped and I was shaky. Told the smiling young man behind the counter man behind just take a small fry which variety of regular or curly didnt matter, to please just make it whichever was hottest. I didn't want to eat big meal and ruin my appetite for dinner so fries would be enough. meal. I guess I looked kind of shaky and pale because he shoved some fries into a bag, handed it to me telling me to sit down and eat. I started to pull out my wallet to pay, explaining that my order hadn't been totaled up yet. I wish I'd gotten the young mans name because he was so kind, telling me eat first and pay afterwards. I couldn't have run if i had to because I was so shaky and the fries did their trick, thank goodness. You don't see that type of thoughtfulness around these days especially in the food service area. The store counter, the floor and, the benches for seating were all clean. The fries were hot and a perfect shade of gold.
Me and my fiancé were there for a door dash. This lady named Kimberlly that was 1 of 2 ppl working tn she was the most sweetest and respectful person. she also was to the other person who she was serving. I had a great encounter here with her. (if she sees this) HIIIIII I ur my favorite worker at any restaurant. ty for your kind words.
I used to come to this Jack in the Box all in the time back in 2014 but nowadays it seems like this location isn't that great anymore. Every-time I tend to go to this place it seems like they're out of fries or sometimes the ingredients for the food. I understand sometimes restaurants and fast food places run out of some items on the menu but at least put a sign/ note listing the items that are not in stock in the menu.Whenever I ordered a Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack, they gave me white sandwich bread on the bun and it tasted old and dry. The fries were also kinda hard to bite and the lemonade just tasted like water. I honestly am just not going to buy from this place anymore I rather go to the one in Lake Jackson instead.The only reason why I am giving this a 2 star rating is because the drive-thru employee was friendly he apologized for the long wait because he had to do something while he was busy.This place needs improvement on food stocking and atmosphere.
