Owning a business is a privilege that most people will never get to experience either because of lack of finances, ability or the willingness to take a chance. So when I see a business like KFC/Taco Bell struggling in ever facet of operating a successful restaurant it makes me question why the owner or upper management continue to allow sub service and substandard food safe food. There are so many people complaining every time I go there there's no way that I am the only one it has gotten to the point where I have zero confidence that my order will be right so I stopped using the mobile app because I know I will not get my money back or a credit because management never bothers to call back When there is a complaint. But tonight was the last draw for me. I wanna show you the quality of product I receive for $30 and you can be the judge. This is the most ridiculous food I've ever been served in all my years of going out to eat. i'm sure there's going to be some people bash me but my hope of making this post is that it will get to somebody that has authority to make some substantial changes at that location so that the people in this town can enjoy the brands that we have come to no one love because currently we cannot get Taco or KFC at this location. One last question why would you stay open till midnight and advertise that you were open late when your employees run out of product at 9pm and just say they're out because they don't want nmake more or heat up more in a thermalizer.

@Kfc you had the most terrible service crews and managers ever! your staff don't know how to to assist PWD's comfortably.
Went to KFC today and had a really bad experience with the cashier named “Macy”. She clearly didn’t want to take our order — had an attitude the whole time. When we asked a simple question, she just raised her eyebrows and acted annoyed.
I even asked her “Are you ok?”, and she just said “yeah” in a rude way. Totally unnecessary. We went in to have a nice meal, but she made the whole experience uncomfortable.
I even mentioned it to the manager, and after he talked to her, I could hear her saying things like “everybody has an attitude” and “Melissa has an attitude”. Just so unprofessional.
Honestly, someone like that shouldn’t be working in customer service. Hope management does something about it because that kind of attitude really ruins the experience for customers.

Staff was absolutley rude, kept shutting windows and walking off while getting stuff and not allowing us to speak or ask for anything like napkins etc..., locked doors 30 mins early so we had to sit in drive thru behind 2 other cars to let them know they didn't give us one of our fries... Super rude place, owner should pay attention to reviews bc this was my forst experience here and I'll never be back... Not sure how they've stayed open this long with the staff they have... If you dont enjoy your job, get another one bc customers should not be treated like theyre beneath the employees who already seemed to be hating theor jobs...

Not only is the food always soggy when I arrive somehow but every time I go to the drive-thru and they tell me to pull around to wait for someone to bring me my food I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes just for me to go inside and see my food sitting on the to go counter when nobody wants to bring it. Like if you want me to pick it up inside just say that Don't waste my time. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes instead.

well, when u take the time to call about a serious issue, like one of their managers SWEARING at me at the very least you should get a call back. This was at the KFC in Newport, TN. Two calls to them and total silence on their end. AVOID this KFC - its also filthy
Ordered 10 piece white and no matter how many times I repeated it they still have me dark , the breading was not attached to the chicken it literally was falling off the chicken, I go to Popeyes now

Chicken dry biscuit hard ordered coleslaw it was not in the bag. Will not be back again. We have numerous other places close to us Canes, chick fil. Lees all are much better.

They need to shut that place down!! Or have those managers from Pearland to come back and retrain cause that store is a mess , the store the food and the employees are all unprofessional . Shut that place DOWN OR GET THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THERE TO RUN IT !!
