Highly unimpressed!! EVERY time I order something is wrong with my order. Not only that but I ordered a meal for my son last week..ONE single meal..had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot just to get it..it was so chaotic. They delivered a lot of meals to the wrong cars..lots of people were taking food back in. As far as I'm concerned my son will have to learn to like another chicken place. This one is just not worth the hassle.

It takes a lot for me to give a poor review. But this store is bad now. I have ate there close to 5 days a week sense it opened. It was great but in the last couple of months don’t bother. And if you call the area trainer as is posted on the window he will give you attitude and tell you to call the store! Isn’t that his job? Then you call the manager and she won’t give you undivided time so don’t bother calling there either. All I want is my favorite chicken done and served right. Best to go to another place . Seems this KFC will end up like the one that was near the mall.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE, NEVER DO THEY HAVE CHICKEN POT PIES ...WAIT FOR 25MIN FOR THEM TO MAKE AS YOU ORDER THEM 25 MIN WAIT TURNS IN TO 40MIN -60 MIN. FOOD IS USUALLY GROSS NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER. LADY AT THE WINDOW IS RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, IF SHE DON'T WANT TO BE THERE QUIT.. BUT THERE AGAIN I GUESS THEY REALLY DON'T WANT FOR KFC TO SUCCEED IN CLUTE THIS IS NOT KFC'S FIRST RODEO IN THAT AREA. I'VE GIVEN THIS LOCATION PLENTY OF CHANCES...ALWAYS THE SAME THING 😒

8 pc orig original recipe and one of their chicken bowls are amazing for lunch. I used to love their corn on the cob was a favorite when I was young. I do believe they have changed their coleslaw recipe in the last 15 years so I don’t order that anymore. I love dipping my biscuits in my mashed potatoes and gravy. You cannot find the seven bean salad with delicious green beans in it anymore, but you can’t find those in the grocery store either. It was just a great childhood memory, eating the corn on the cob and seven and the bean salad. A lot of great memories at Kentucky Fried chicken. But it is very expensive. So if we have a coupon, we love to splurge and buy the family Kentucky fried chicken.

The St. Elmo location out of Chattanooga, is a dump. Filthy dining room and bathroom, rude counter staff, slow service. I just walked out mid-order.

saco Maine location gave me food poisoning, on a separate occasion sold me a disgusting inedible chicken sandwich. when I requested one be cooked to order they took it back and slapped another disgusting old piece of chicken on and tried to fool me. after that I said I wanted a refund which they obliged even though there sign says no refunds 100% satisfaction guarantee. all they had to do to guaruntee my satisfaction was cook a new piece and refused. so they failed their 100% guarantee and violated their refund policy on top of serving disgusting food and making me sick as well as having to process a refund...

Save your money. There is much better places to order from in clute, McDonald's being one. At least it will be cheaper for the crappy food you get. They must have the most lazy staff imaginable. How they manage to fail to fill the tiny regular size container of fries is beyond me. Same with how they manage to add 0 pickles to an order with extra pickles. Or how about completely missing items from the order. Or the stale chicken patty that's probably been under a lamp for hours on my sammich. This will be the only and last visit. Please let this place go out of business so we can get something better where they actually put in at least 10% effort.
Order was wrong. GM doest’t honor their service. I guess they think people are just trying to get a free meal. Will lose a lot of customers . This is why KFC closed down some years ago just to come back to Clute for the same thing to happen soon.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. After placing an online order and waiting 25 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant, we were told by the manager we could either substitute for the breasts the ‘new’ cook forgot to put in fryer or wait another 20 minutes. At which point, I cancelled the order without any explanation or apology from the manager. DO NOT ever order from this fiasco of a chicken place. I can certainly understand how KFC got into financial problems if other places are managed like this place.

Seriously , we ordered an extra crispy family meal. Mashed potatoes and gravy corn a Mac . We did not get gravy we did not get corn . There was no breast ( which they had told us about) and the chicken breading was not even stuck to chicken and it was like a slimed gummy grey I took pictures so disappointed won’t be going back anytime soon
