Just had KFC in clute for the first time since they opened down here last night, and it was amazing! The service was very good and they forgot two of our sides and immediately fixed the issue! 10/10 will be eating here again ?

Ordered a Three-piece, one thigh and two legs, was given three thighs. Instead. The skin was soggy and tasted like fried okra instead of fried chicken. It was still edible and I still enjoyed my dinner however did not get exactly what I ordered

Never again will I visit the location at alum creek and main Street in Columbus ohio. Stopped in after church ordered a 4 pc dinner with 2 extra biscuits, and Cole slaw to go with the rest of the meal and a drink. Had to pull up to the window to place my order because outside was not working. When I ordered my drink the man at the window told me to go to the store and purchase a drink because $2.79 was too expensive for a drink. I normally go to the Cleveland Ave/Oakland park location. Checked my order and left as we were riding i started eating the chicken and I told my daughter the chicken didn't taste right. Either it was old or no good the taste was totally different i couldn't eat it got home and gave it to my dog. Totally disappointed. I will never order from this location again. I will continue going where I never had any issues and the chicken is hot.
I am absolutely happy with this place! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the manager on duty is amazing with her great energy and beautiful smile. The food is always fresh and delicious ? kudos to the cooks!!! The cooks don't ever get enough credit, so here's to you my wonderful hard working cooks??... I definitely recommend this place for a family, couple or even a single person. Try the potpie, best in town.

Tried the $4.99 two piece original. The chicken was overcooked, Hard and cold. Mashed potatoes were cold, biscuit was Hard and cold. Very disappointed..... Nothing like the good old KFC in Lake Jackson. My dogs ate most of it. Will not go back.

I'm grateful they were open. Ìt was a few days after Hurricane Beryl and many places were not open yet. They took my order in a relatively short time and were able to take credit/debit cards for payment. Order was prepared quickly and correctly. The food was awesome!
