Walked in, nice store. Cashier somewhat rude. Ignored by cashier for about 4 minutes when there was no one else in the store. They had their headphones in not talking to us. I ordered a large pepperoni, and they managed to burn it along with it being flat, old, and no sauce in it.

The food here is good in general. Its Little Caesars so it's cheap but tasty IMO. Three stars for food because there is a chance the crust will be underdone and doughy. But the real annoyance with this particular Little Caesars is their customer service. They can take upwards of 7 minutes of calling to pick up the phone, and are generally not the friendliest. The establishment is also quite run down and decrepit, the intercom in their drive way is broken and the interior doesn't look the best. So in conclusion their food for the most part is good, but order online to avoid the employees.

Service sucked I placed a online orde with the drive thru option for pickup and here's when it went down hill no one ever answered the intercom at the drive thru so next step I drove up to the window blows the horn a few times and still nobody knew I was there so next I go around and park go inside and people just sitting around and tge music up so loud it sounded like they was having a party just to get home with an under cooked pizza

I ordered delivery on Saturday and spent $29 only to have half of my order delivered. I immediately reached out to the deliverer and then the customer service for little Caesar’s. I have to leave a detailed message and here it is, Thursday, and I still haven’t heard anything. I just spent money on food that was not fully delivered. I’m very disappointment with customer service for dropping the ball and not reaching out to me.

The level if non existent customer service here is really crazy. You mad at me cause you ruined the food I paid for. You'll will never get another dollar of mine. No apology, not even just thank-you for coming back, didn't even look at the sorry excuse for a pizza they gave me. The attitudes, if you mad about where you work do better that's not my problem. If I could give no stars I would. A simple I apologize your order is not what it should have been could've changed the whole outcome of the situation. Trash service at best

I placed an order online and couldn't even receive it for over an hour, because the lobby was closed for no apparent reason, forcing me to waste gas idling in line for an order that was already finished and paid for. There was no option to cancel the order, if there was, I would've taken it as a sign to eat healthier lol

Worst experience. Not well run. While sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes, three potential customers left because the front door was locked and the drive through was NOT moving. The employees had locked the door and posted a hand written sign that said, “Drive through only” when I asked why they stated because they were running behind. We had to knock on the drive through window and front door multiple times while the employees ran to the back to hide. It is clear they don’t want customers and need to be trained on how to interact with customers.

If I could give o stars I would. The rudest person working in there is the short Hispanic girl with glasses. She will stare at you at the counter and won’t help you. When you ask her for help she rolls her eyes at. She was in the back of the restaurant laughing with a white young man and they were playing around. What kind of business is this. Trash if you ask me .
