Unprofessional staff and my kids drink was handed to me with mold or some black foreign material floating in it which I unfortunately didn't see until I got home as I had picked it up at night. No way they didn't see it before handing it to me. Unhappy and my order was wrong even though I used the mobile app.

Sooo slow and half the time unprofessional at the drive through if you go at night time. 80% of our time doing curbside we’ve waited 15-20 minutes or had to go inside to get the food ourselves and it would just be sitting there

I had food delivered to me through door dash and the food was cold when I received it and nasty like the meat looks old like it's been sitting out for awhile and I can't believe and im very disappointed.

Went at 9pm on a Friday and it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Some of the nuggets were stale, and the person taking the order was not very pleasant.

Mobile ordered 2 coffees, when arrived waited 30 minutes. Finally got help and found out they were made and ready and just completely melted sitting behind the counter. This location has gone to crap in the past 1 1/2 years and service is constantly 45+ minutes and no one seems to want to help.

I ordered a mc crispy and fries...The fries were old AND the sandwich was wrong..it looked like it had been made for another order and left in the warmer for a while...the chicken was BROWN..it looked burnt...we ordered at the counter...we're told by staff that they were short staffed and that we should use the kiosk or we would have to wait to order.which i endee up doing just to around and go to the counter any because i was paying with cash..The kyosk did not print me a receipt. .not 1 min later we watched 2 of they're employees play on there phone behind the counter...I did eat the sandwich and only a few fries..I WILL NOT BE RETURNEING TO THIS LOCATION!

Went there around 8pm, ordered daily doubles and a medium fry, waited over 15 mins. Ended up getting daily singles 😐 and cold fries, from now on I’m only going to Freeport

This was the best customer service experience I've had at any McDonald's. I was warmly greeted by two different team members upon entry into the restaurant. Although I sat down and placed a to-go order using the mobile app, they found me to bring my order to me. At other McDonald's, they call out your number and you pickup your order at the counter. I observed them search for each customer to deliver their order. I call that going above and beyond, so I must commend them. Although I placed a to-go order, I went ahead and enjoyed my order there. It was a pleasant experience watching some great customer service. Once I finished, I was once again warmly greeted as I departed a d it was much appreciated. Be Blessed.
