Lee and Jo are the most experienced servers in my opinion. They are very attentive, pleasant and always go above and beyond ensuring that our family is satisfied with our dining experience! If one does not have an open table; then we will sit with the other. The food is priced well, is well prepared and is always spot on! Sincerely, The Sprayberry’s

I ordered a baked potato and soup. The broccoli cheese soup was thinned out and the potato was cold. AND the potato was from a previous day. Like it had been in the refrigerator and reheated. For these prices I at least want a potato cooked the same day.

Finally! Fresh, delicious food at an affordable price point. How can Picket Fence be offering up a $12 lunch when our "favorite" fast food joints offer up $hit at the same price?? No contest.

Their bowls? Rice, avocado, chicken, corn, black bean, sour cream, lettuce... absolutely amazing. For $13? I could barely finish mine and I'm fat. Amazing portion and flavor.

Pickett Fence food quality for large Dow to-go orders is lackluster. My sandwich is dry, veggies look old, and the chips sometimes come stale.

Last week the chips were stale. This week the chips are okay. The pickle spear is the only good part of this meal.

Ive been getting Pickett Fence for lunch every week for the past 2 months since my company provides lunch. However, theres about 100 people that complain every time they serve Pickett Fence because the food quality is just so subpar. I would relate it to cheap cafeteria food that feels like it was made with bare minimum effort and rushed. It’s edible, but just not good. I will likely never go there on my own free will.

This is one of the bests spots in Lake Jackson for Brunch. Inside/outside seating is available and the staff are fantastic.

Love the food, staff, and will definitely be back. Wasn't my 1st time here and it won't be my last.

Dietary restrictions: My friend was able to find a gluten free option for herself and she loved it!

I came in with a group of people we were on a bus tour. About 35 of us seniors stopped at the picket fence to eat. We all order drinks and food. She forgot my order, chicken fried chicken. When she realized, she came over to me and asked what I ordered. Once I told her it did not take too long for my food to come and it was good.

Usually I love the Pickett Fence, but today, not so much. I got the 3 salad/soup combo. I selected a green salad, chicken salad, and the broccoli cheese soup. The soup was wonderful!! The green salad was both wilted and had rust on lots of the iceberg lettuce!! The chicken salad was not good at all. I shared with the waitress that the chicken salad was awful and she simply agreed and walked off!! LOL..... that was that!!

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Surfside and I didn't know what to expect. We pulled up and at first glance, it looked like just a "hole in the wall" but boy was i wrong! This place was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the PRICES!, the FOOD!, the variety on the menu....ALL TRULY AMAZING. We decided this place will be our new getaway spot. ?

I came to pick-up a pre-ordered cake for a party, and decided to have lunch. First of all the open concept was a negative. The place wasn't half full, but it sounded like a riot in there the tin clad ceiling caused tons of reverb. We ordered and it took nearly the entire lunch hour to get our food. A BLT sandwich and soup should not take 45 min neither should the daily special (chop steak). The chop steak was pressed so hard (crushed flat) that there were no juices left in it. Either they were rushing to get it out or they cook it that way normally. When I asked for extra gravy (cause it was dry), I found out I was charged extra for a little serving. Finally as we're ready to leave the waitress who during the whole meal assured us the cake was ready and only waited for us to finish our meals before bringing it out. Finally we paid and were waiting an additional 10min for this cake only to have her come out and verify we prepaid. (She was handed the receipt before we ordered) Poor service for mediocre food.
